  1. He’s following in the footsteps of his great grandfather, Ally Canty, after whom the town , and, naturally the football club, are named. Ally moved south from Catalonia in disgrace after being caught shitting in the street on Christmas Eve in Barcelona, which is also the origin of the Caganer, yet another little known, or cared about, link between sunderland and Spain.

  12. Shock that Hope is all over this btw, loves any negative story about the club or fanbase the little cunt. “Zombie zone” btw even fucking Ryder would come up with better than that.

  13. It has been enjoyable aye, the fact that the two teams are fucking light years apart has fucking ruined them. We have a CM of two Brazil internationals and an Italian international, whereas they have Luke O’Nein so to make up for it they’re wanking off about a bunch of pit yackers supporting them.

  16. I saw someone arguing in there that the link between Co Durham and Sunderland is different because the latter was part of the former until about 50 years ago whereas Newcastle was made a county of itself in the 15th century or something. Like wtf? So a royal honour being bestowed on the city at a time when Sunderland didn’t even exist impacts heavily on who supports what team 600 years later. The sport in question being about 450 years from being invented. And loads of people were agreeing with / liking the posts. And yet there’s fucking loads more Newcastle supporters in County Durham than there are Sunderland fans in Northumberland. But they just can’t except their insignificance so they have to make all this shite up. And nobody bit them gives a flying fuck about it or gives it any credence. See the ‘big reveal’ about the origins of Athletic Bilbao that were just fucking tragic in every respect. They’re tapped and, like Renton, I find it absolutely fascinating.

  22. I don’t know which outcome will piss Wykiki off most - Winning, and having to carry on thread starting? Losing, and having the shame of being a losing thread starter? Win/win really

  23. I can see us bouncing back with a bang here 0-5. 2 for Isak 2 for Gordon 1 for Wilson to get Mrs. Wykiki dripping like a fucked fridge.

  24. I shall be in attendance for this one. It will be a tough game and we’ll likely have much less of the ball so will need to be lethal on the break. I should have also started the the thread to continue my unbeaten run.

  25. I worked with a few decent mackem lads a few years ago but two of them, father and son were beyond bitter as fuck, absolutely tapped, the father used to almost be drooling at the mouth as he said he'd Jackie's statue, then pausing before saying it was covered in bird shit with his pupils wide as fuck and grinning wildly. It was funny as fuck at the time but was even funnier is one of the more sensible mackems letting on father mackem's dark secret..... He was born in Wallsend so for the rest of the time before it shut he was called 'Wallsend Jimmy' much to his err, delight. His dopey son was almost as bad then one day we spotted the biggest, shittest billy stamper tattoo on his shoulder that was ...... A fucking Man U tattoo. bitter as fuck mackem and couldn't even bear to support only sunderland as they were that shit but latched on to Man U. Still was obsessed with us, natch.

  27. Man these Mackem cunts are something else, they're obsession with Durham Mags is quite something. A new 200 post thread on it today. Apparently Durham Mags are scum of the Earth, Northumberland MLFs are salt of the Earth. Go figure.

  29. I fancy us for this one tbh, I don’t like Brighton and think they’ve always been completely overrated. Their midfield is absolutely tiny so I fancy ours to control the midfield. I also feel De Zerbi while he’s done well has benefitted from the way Potter had their team well drilled defensively, just he then improved the attack by being more open - over time they are losing that strong defense (similarly to Pardew following Hughton). I’ve grown tired of the disrespect Howe and the team get when De Zerbi and his Brighton team, and Good ebening and his Villa team get more credit, so I’m hoping we annihilate them in the same way we pumped Villa. Hoping this is when Hall gets a start but I am really thinking Howe will hold him back until after the international break.

  30. I'm just pleased Micah Richards said he thought it was a red for VVD. At first it sounded like he wasn't sure, and my immediate thought was wykiki is gonna blow a fucking gasket here.

  31. The wife is doing the GNR this year. It's the longest event she has done. She is running with her colleague and both have grafted hard as fuck for it. I am well proud. She is running for a local hospice that looked after her mate a couple of years back. They have also looked after an aunt of mine years ago, so its a charity that means a lot to me. Her work have said they will double what her and her colleague raise. So far they've done just over 1.5k. That will mean so much to the charity. Anyways. She sent a WhatsApp out weeks ago to family and friends with the JustGiving page. Everyone has been very generous. Well, apart from her TIGHT CUNT Brother and Parents! Her parents came on Sunday and they even asked how her training was going etc. Fuck all about sponsorship. I've told her to stop wasting energy on them. Do the event and don't even bother telling them a time etc. Just ignore the tight cunts. AND YES, IT'S FUCKED ME OFF (You're shocked I know)

  34. Amnesty international HR : 'Your Name?' 'Mag Hater' 'Interests and hobbies?' 'I hate the Mags on an hourly basis and would like to exterminate the gravy stained kernts and blow Sid James park up anaarl. I'd show up any Mag I came across by my sewpeyra mackem wit and logic but would also knock them into next week if they did anything other than look down at theya shoes in embarrassment. I also have a vision for a world in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights standards. To achieve this vision I'd see it as our mission to undertake research and take action focused on preventing and ending grave abuses of human rights. I'd like to see a wide range of educational activities, promoting the values contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international agreed human rights standards carried out for all. I'd encourage people to accept that all human rights must be protected. I'd encourage governments to accept and enforce international standards of human rights. I'd encourage governments, political organisations, businesses, other groups and individuals to support and respect human rights. I'd also love to fucking smash that Mag shitehawk beheadie Eddie in the mush as well as smashing up my Mag at work's house the fucking smug kernt. Peace and love to all, FTM.' 'Errr, I'm.......I'm afraid this vacancy has already been taken to Mr MagHater. We'll err, keep your file on record.' Later on...... Mrs MagHater: 'Well, How'd it go?' MagHater: 'Really well, ah think ah might get the job, like.'

  36. Doesnt seem to stop the narrative that Klopp tactically outclassed Eddie. Huge amount of luck involved in that game. Thought it had gone our way, but in reality it turned out well for them.

  39. Longstaff had at least shown something under Rafa and was looking extremely promising until Bruce turned up. Joelinton it's hard to say he'd looked promising although all his team mates seemed to rave about it. Hayden never had anything other than getting stuck in. I think it's telling that Howe immediately wanted nothing to do with him. He's a good coach but he can't do anything with players of that standard. I've seen next to nothing of Luton but I can't imagine he'll get much game time for them. He's not a premier league level player at all and with the injuries he's had the last couple of season I can only imagine he's getting worse.

  41. Wonder whether he might have offered something as a squad player in the Longstaff mould had Howe had the opportunity to work with him when he first arrived but that ship has long since sailed. Good luck to him
