Commentators talking about how good Schär is as the camera pans to him on the pitch as he's chatting away to the Spurs forward.... "I am terribly sorry, my friend, were you thinking of getting past me? Don't mind me as I just move past you with ease and play in our terrific blonde, Liverpudlian urchin fellow on the wing. Ciao."11 points

Do you mean the Guggenheim in Bilbao marra? More proof of the relationship between the cities marra. Anyway, the moron Skylon has a new "insult" for us amongst his inane lies. Newcamel. I mean, if he's really clever he can call us "Poocamel". Chortle.7 points

They'd sing Jimmy Savile's name if he was getting them 10 goals a season. There'd also be way more dickheads turning up to the match dressed as sheikhs if they got bought out by the Saudis. Being too classy for owners that will never want them is all they've got left.7 points

I went to an A-League game tonight (the Sydney Derby) and on the way home spotted a fella wearing a current toon top which I complimented him on. He was going to watch the game at a bar in the city (invited me to come) and was watching the game on his phone. In the approximately five minute interaction we scored twice causing us both to proclaim the other as our lucky charm. You're all welcome.7 points

I’ve always wondered which of the following they consider to be the classiest? 1- Glassing your chairman when he’s out for a meal with his wife. 2- Racially abusing your striker’s mother 3- Shitting all over your stadium and village. Maybe it’s a cumulative thing?6 points

There was always a decent player in Mbemba. Apparently he couldn’t follow tactical orders though, so Rafa binned him off. He’d have been fine under Bruce.5 points

You’ve been sportswashed, marra. Next you’ll be trying to tell us the Guggenheim is better than the national glass centre was4 points

Had to watch on delay after going out for dinner. Spurs. What a performance. Our best for a long long time. And crazy given the makeshift defence and complete change of system. The whole side was fantastic. But special credit to Anderson for me. Playing out of position. He had a wonderful game. He brings massive energy to the press. I really like him as a player and there's certainly a future for him with us as a squad player for at least a few seasons to come. Hopefully he can grab a PL goal kick on because he has goals in him as we saw during the pre-season games last year. Isak is showing his class now each and every week. He is an amazing finisher. Gordon and Bruno both had nice games too. And Barnes who is showing his value. We have some serious players in this team. I really hope we don't have to sell any of the big names because if we can add a few players in the next window without losing anyone next season is going to be seriously entertaining. (It will be anyway, but it'd be great to go forward in terms of squad improvement without losing either Isak or Bruno. It'd be a shame if either left before we win something.) And perhaps most pleasing is that Howe absolutely used a Plan B today of massive proportions (for him at least) and boy did it pay off spectacularly. That bodes well for the future as well. And another clean sheet! We look a mean defence again all of a sudden with Burn in at CB.4 points

It is. Honestly think we will win something. A dip this season was inevitable despite the injuries, essentially like second season syndrome you get when promoted clubs do well then get relegation form. Or when we cam 3rd in 93-94, dropped to sixth, and then would have won it in 96 if it were not for that Bardolph cunt. Next season we are stronger, more experienced, and have less game pressure. Bring it on.4 points

A Study in Bemusement … ” Mama, why do these fat people keep taking photos of us?” ” I don’t know, mija “ ” Did Papi do something wrong?” ” No, angel, just smile, they’ll go away soon” ” But they don’t, Mama, they keep making us hold flags, and they smell like old churros” ” What is a sunderland, Mama?” ” I don’t know niña, I’ve never heard of it”4 points

Thought Krafth struggled in the last two/three outings but sometimes you need a run of games to get settled and get going. If Livramento is fit going into Palace, he has to play but today’s performance by Krafth shows that these fringe players need time to get up to speed. He’s, at worst, solid and if he went somewhere and played every week, he’d probably do well3 points

Just sitting on my break with sky news in the background, just saw a clip of a grinning Klopp giving a Liverpool shirt to a sports presenter with 'Jacqui' on the back and she's squealing like a little girl shouting 'no way!' before hugging him. She's been around for years and is an experienced sports journalist. Think I've just added a little bit of sick to the cappuccino I was drinking.3 points
