  1. We have to get Mbuemo if we can afford the cunt, failing that, go for that young un at Southampton …Dibble or whatever his name is. I like Miggy and Murphy but their time is up . Last night was just one of those typical nights where we fuck it up, missing a chance to get in a great position. Plus, never trust anyone with lugs as tiny as Kelly’s …he couldn’t hear Soucek behind him!

  2. Shit! No wonder he’s not starting, we signed a fucking waiter.

  3. I’m very ready for Pep going off the rails. The bloke is a bit of a headcase when it’s going well, he’ll be smearing his shit under Grealish’s nose shortly

  4. Just in case Tdansmith is reading, Alex is not saying you have to get off Toontastic, stay off it, and ignore it completely.

  5. The only real form of protest you have available to you is to get off Twitter, stay off it and ignoring it completely imo.

  7. interesting take. i thought that's why we signed tonali - to free bruno to play further forwards and to have two midfielders who can pass forwards. it hasn't worked out that way and bruno remians the lone creative force centrally in our starting line up but his starting position is so deep he isn't often able to play those balls that unlock the low blocks.

  8. I removed Elon’s cunt app from my phone yesterday as per Toontastic T & C’s 🫡 I haven’t as yet lowered myself to follow Toonpack on Bluesky though. I do have some standards

  9. Makes a difference to you though. Increasingly I think that's all we can do, stand up for what we believe in just for our own sake.

  10. Also, on Eddie's boys always coming first, if you're getting that from Trippier's wife, you can't take the word of a woman scorned.

  11. If Big Dan was playing we’d have won that or at least come away with a 0-0. Kelly was poor but he’d need a run of games before we should fully judge. BDB was awful when he first went back to CB but is now a lynchpin.

  12. My first match of the season and the beginning of my ten match thread starting streak. 3-0 to us and Steve Parrish to have his eyes pecked out by that fucking eagle.

  13. Ah man PL, I'm really sorry to hear that. Horrible decision to have to make, especially for an otherwise young and healthy dog. I'm sure you've tried your absolute best to send things in a better direction.

  15. Think this is wishful thinking personally. Money begets power, which begets more money. Money drips up, no down. The future is for an Elyseum styled Broligarchy.

  16. People's timelines will be getting worse by the day at the minute as more and more moderate leave, and everyone but the most MAGA / Reform wingnut crew will have a tipping point for leaving. Over time, if it becomes more of a cesspit, driven by the above and dickhead's algorithm, it can fail as a business if it gets bad enough.

  17. Not sure that I was watching the same game. It was a night that just didn't go for us and felt it never would. So may passes that 75% just make it through ended up getting deflections off West Ham players. On the other hand the few chances West Ham got, went their way. It really wasn't that bad a night (after their second, the changes blunted us and we seemed like creating zero). I still think we had a pen. I just don't get VAR, no conspiracy that they are against us, or pro top 6 (ratios does seem otherwise) it just seems inept. Longstaff was not our worst starting player. Gordon is great but tried to make about 5 pointless Shelvey style passes before he was subbed. On another night Isak would have scored at least 2 of the chances he got. Murphy was nowhere near the worst sub (Barnes for me). I really like Barnes but he seemed to be trying to prove that Willock didn't do that bad a job before he was taken off. I also think Tino seemed to lack instinct when he was attacking. It was not horrible. Fine margins, going against us and for West Ham, happens more often in football than just our games.

  18. 2-1 to us, Isak and Joelinton otherwise it will be a 4-0 to them with Pardew scoring all four and doing a 'fanks Mike‘ dance celebration before headbutting Mad Dog

  20. Nobody is buying Wilson in Jan, even if he does have a good December. He is a crock and to prove a value he would have to be fit longer than a month to prove worthy of a fee.

  22. Aye, you have to wonder how many careers were ruined by that odious cunt just because they said no

  23. I do, if we have a few different ways to score that means we're harder to defend against and that would be good. If we rely on shit just falling into our laps... well I shouldn't have to tell you that would be bad.

  30. Longstaff (however much you may want to believe it) didn't cause us to lose last night, we fell apart when he was taken off. We lost because our "expensive" players can't hit a barn door. P.S. Joe would have overhit/misplaced the pass anyway as he (and Bruno) did several other times. If anyone was dire last night it was Willock, he offered nothing and Barnes was invisible. But it's all Longstaff's fault.

  31. He wasn't the only one. Isak never seems to follow anything in on the keeper. And Gordon, just looks so off and has pretty much all this season (and it's not because he is shite Monique). There can be no excuse about fitness, we're almost in December.
