First up on MOTD. Fucking hell!!! -
Bollocks. Each to their own tbh. They've paid their money, they're a fan whether they leave after 9 mins or 90. Some people see it as a statement of feeling towards a club. If someone wants to leave, they're free to do so and I say that as someone who has only ever left one match early in almost 30 years. no ya wrong mate those fans that leave early are just soar loosers who cant handle it if we loose other teams do the same when they loose they leave earlyu because they cant handle the truth I'm not wrong man, it's freedom of movement! Look after yourself and stop worrying about others...

I'm sure you pair of retards don't need to keep quoting each other. Forum ettiquette man!

I could give two shits if he's picked or not it's just the evidently continuing stance with the FA that political reasons outweigh footballing ones when it comes to England selection. If they're serious about winning something in the future we have to pick the best players, regardless of what's gone on in their personal lives.
-
Aye you're right, the finances were sound, Ashley just put over £100m in for the craic the ground cost ashley 65m leaving 35m which he promptly added the following years wages regardless of income stood at 120m according to reports when he wanted 400m from arbs? So when did the city council terminate the 99 year rolling lease we have with them for SJP and prompty sold it to Ashley?
-
And STILL he doesn't get in the England squad. No agenda there of course

I was at the game today and yeah I reckon it was and Aitken's debut is a game I will never forget too Different situations though IMO. Aitken's debut we'd been 1-0 and then 2-1 up IIRC. They got it to 4-2 and then we scored 3 in the last 13 minutes to win it. Had it ended up 5-4 today I would have said it was better than that Leicester match. But only getting a draw tinges it somewhat. Fact is of course we did score 5!! And they've got the cheek to reckon Dowd was on our side?! -
Agree with this. Fucking hate the way a team winning try to waste time by not giving the ball back. WTF does it achieve? If you're good enough, surely it doesn't matter? Hope a fine is thrown at Wilshire for his comments.

This. End of thread tbh.

Quite looking forward to seeing the latest update to your sig Tom

Utter Utter shit Hard to say either way but Shepherd was paying himself a fucking fortune every year in dividends. Anyway the point is moot. They're both massively inadequate for running NUFC.

Sky picked up on Wilshire calling Dowd a joke on twitter. FA charge surely incoming after what happened to Babel. -
Who else are we going to get? I will take Freddy in a heartbeat. Cracking justification Seriously, have a fucking word man! Are you really going to deny that under Shepherd we weren't experiencing good times? How can you possibly see him as a bad chairman? Yes he ran up debt, but any club doing well in the modern day (without a billionaire needs to be in debt). Times change. We had good times under Shepherd primarily because of the appointments of KK and SBR. The absolute abominations we were served up under Dalglish, Gullit, Souness and Roeder proves it was fuck all to do with Shepherd. He'd be a fucking disaster coming back now. Why do you think we could appoint world class managers like SBR? With Ashley, Hughton was as good as it gets and look what happened to him. Seriously, we will never ever attract a good manager under Ashley. Shepherd for all he was, could do that. Moreover, we had Keegan. He fucked off soon after he realised what he was dealing with regards to Ashley. We attracted two decent managers during Shepherd's time at the club. Both who had massive sentimental attachment to the club. All the rest were fucking garbage. Seriously, say Shepherd come in tomorrow. Who are you telling me he'd appoint as manager? I'd love to know. I doubt he would appoint another manager until the end of the season atleast, anyone can see that is not what we need right now. Stop dodging the question. You reckon Shepherd would attract a decent manager. Name him. What are you on about? Freddy Shepherd could definitely attract the likes of MON, something which will not happen under Ashley, et al. Lets not joke, that's a massive step-up on Pardew. You ask what I'm on about and then answer it anyway? What's the matter - tears clouding your view or something? MON - the man who told Shepherd to go forth and multiply following Souness' sacking? Righto.

Whoever the administrator would let him Administrator? What the fuck are you going on about? If FFS was in charge the Administrator wouldn't be far behind I'd probably agree with that tbh.

I may have got this wrong but hasn't he got previous with Wenger? Pretty sure I saw a clip of the two of them having handbags at a West Ham / Arsenal match. Bet that makes it feel all the sweeter.
