Weren't they the guys who broke the takeover story? Could be a good source. Having said that, the same source claimed the deal was off yesterday.

Arabbusiness.com: Manchester City owner His Highness Sheikh Mansour has told friends that Brazialian superstar Kaka has signed for the club, Arabian Business can reveal. Sheikh Mansour is understood to have told his advisors at 6pm Dubai time that Kaka had accepted the terms of the world record transfer to Manchester City from AC Milan. The deal, worth well over $150 million, is more than three times higher than the previous richest transfer in soccer history, and will also make Kaka the highest paid footballer ever with wages of over $500,000 per week. Sheikh Mansour bought the club last September, and has already broken the British transfer record with the $50millon signing of Brazilian Robinho.

Jimbo replied to Scottish Mag's topic in Newcastle Forum
Following a transfer window of minimal activity and minimal net outlay on a small number of underwhelming players, Ashley will tell us how he has kept his promise of taking the club forward. -

Amir Khan will meet seven-time world champion Marco Antonio Barrera on 14 March at a unspecified British venue. The 34-year-old Mexican is a former champion at three weights and has won 64 of his 71 fights. "It's a big fight for Amir who's been champing at the bit. It's the right fight at this stage of his career," said promoter Frank Warren. "It'll bring out the best in him. This puts him well and truly on the world stage," he added. Last time out in December, Khan beat Irishman Oisin Fagan in his first bout since suffering the first loss of his career - a first-round knockout at the hands of Breidis Prescott last September. The Olympic lightweight silver medallist split from trainer Jorge Rubio after that defeat and is now guided by Freddie Roach. Barrera, who inflicted Prince Naseem Hamed's first career defeat in 2001, won his first world title in 1995, and over the years he has faced the likes of Manny Pacquiao, Juan Manuel Marquez and Erik Morales.

Nice one, didn't realise he was touring again, just booked tickets to see him at Norwich.

I work with a few Norwich season ticket holders and they all seem to think he has a reputation of being a bit of a bully, rumour has it he did want to extend Huckerby's contract at Norwich because he resented how popular Huckerby was, an insane move as Huckerby was the best player at the club by a country mile.

If we weren't so desperate I'd be happy to see him chucked in the reserves.

Any one watch his "Evening of Wonder" lastnight ? utterly incredible, it was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen on TV, especially the Oracle bit at the end.

I really enjoyed it.
