  1. Couldn't agree more. My mrs has a number of gay mates all of whom are just decent blokes who you wouldn't really pick out as gay. It's the utter screaming homo's who work hard at being wronkers that get on my nerves. I remember years ago when I living in Heaton I used to get the bus to work every morning and this bloke (I use that term very loosely) would get on a couple of stops after me and it was a massive event every morning. Wearing outrageously camp clothes (often a t shirt with the midrift exposed - I shit you not) he would mince onto the bus with his fag hag, basically shouting his conversation about how gay he was. By the way Saturay night at Rockshots was quality and great for picking up aa doris who'd come with her gay mate.
  2. BoS HQ is in Edinburgh and I think they've taken the view that seeing as LBG owns BoS they'll do the protest here. "run on the bank" class. There is only 200 of them protesting (max) and they're now mainly standing about in the rain with the odd chant going up. Just went outside for a smoke and was approched by a bunch of younguns and was thinking here we go but got "sxuse me mate do you know where ther's a shop around ere".
  3. 100's of them protesting outside my office - can't get in the main entrance and loads of plod about.
  4. Correct. It was heaving.
  5. Better than the Sopranos.
  6. Off to get lashed up in the finest bars and pubs the City of London of London has to offer. Enjoy the long weekend lads.
  7. I fancy one myself but it hasn't got 3G yet though so will stick to my Iphone until the next version comes out.
  8. Underwhelming signing should it come off. A theme for any signings this Summer no doubt.
  9. done todays By the way if you're serious about getting fit I'd recommend this: http://www.rosstraining.com/infiniteintensity.html Bought it years ago and still use it today. All low tech (i.e. stuff you can do at home and on the streets) but gets great results.

  11. Been reading Slash's autobiography so have been getting requaninted with Appetite for Destruction.
  12. Which one? The orginal is pretty good. I saw The imaginarium of Dr Per... Can't even be arsed to finish. Utter donkey cock.
  13. This bloke is a bit of a sad case and worst of all a mackem who appears to be stalking me. You'll soon tire of his tedious posts, his inability to swear (everything is fooking), and his overuse of ...... as punctuation. What's the matter Andy, not enough mackems to play with?
  14. They couldn't let the worst thing to happen to TV die without one final gory hurrah. It spawned a generation of people famous for utterly fuck all, the majority of whom you wouldn't piss on if they were on fire. I was hoping it would slip away quietly but it seems it will get the final throw of the dice and the PA's and wronkers on the floor at work will talk of nothing else for the next 2 months.
  15. There's T shirts for sale in Camden market (and probably everywhere) just Bono's fizzog with TWAT underneath.
  16. You seem clued up on this shit, will pushups help shift my moobs? I'm also doing cardio as well like as I know that will help. Pushups will tone your chest but won't actually shift any fat. You need cardio and a clean diet for that. I suggest High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is basically any form of intensive anaeorobic activity followed by rest. i.e. Sprint 50 metres, walk back to the start, sprint 50 metres, walk back to the start. Repeat for as long as you can (I aim for 20 minutes). This pisses all over aerobic (steady activity for longer periods) for fat loss. Hill sprints are a killer but another great way of dropping fat. Basically as above but find a hill with a decent gradient. I'll try this interval training, at the min Im running between 4-6 miles 3 times a week at a steady pace and dont seem to be able to get lower than 13 clem. Also helps if you're doing something you enjoy. Running bores the arse off me. Boxing is my sport and although I don't do it competitively anymore I still get down the gym a fair bit. Knacking the bags and sparring is far better than pounding the pavement and a great stress relaease. Aye running can get tedious, Ive starded Badminton though with a mate, I thought it would be fairly easy but it buckled me and it was good fun. Whatever keeps you motivated - I'd say squash is a bit more macho than badminton however......
  17. Not seen this yet.... the original was bad enough.

Sometimes that's your bodies way of telling you you're at the right weight however if you're blessed with Moobs then I doubt that's the case. As DG mentioned you need a calorie deficit to lose weight. It's no good training your arse off whilst still nailing pies and bathing in Guinness.

  21. If you want bigger arms push ups are less than useless. At best you'll end up with toned triceps but not much size. As someone said earlier chin ups are are good option, change up your grip betweeen wide/narrow/overhand/underhand. I also swear by drop sets. Do alternate dumbell curls with the heaviest weight you can do until you can't do anymore (usually around 6 - 8) drop the weights and pick up lighter bells and go again. Repeat until your on pathtically light weights but can't lift anymore. Repeat the process for 2-3 sets and always do at the end of your workout. You have to pay as much attention to your triceps as well.
  22. Hong Kong for 3 nights then off to Bali for 12.
  23. Being mentally prepared to give up is the key and is the reason I keep failing to pack it in. The ridiculous thing for me is I only started at 26, I moved banks and all the lads smoked. Just started as the odd one when out drinking but soon develelped into 15 a day. I will give it up but only when I really want to.
  24. I never got past the first few episodes (there was a polar bearin the jungle?) and reading this thread thank fuck I didn't.
