So it's not coincidence that he bought a house next to one?
-
£4.5m apparently. Even more reason to be annoyed.
-
Shane Long to West Brom confirmed, £7m-ish. More ambition than us?
-
On the way from there to Peterborough methinks.
-
Says it all really. Whats the official fee by the way? Probably something to do with the 25 man squad thing. I was wondering if he was referring to Obertan being Routledge's direct replacement. Couldn't commit to bringing him in until Routledge left, or something.
-
All about whether he wants to come here though. His best mate/lover, Timmy, plays for us. He'll come.
-
PSV need the money perhaps?
-
Easy to say that on a forum.
-
Apparently it is old then
-
Sorry if old. This is appalling and I found it quite uncomfortable to watch how brazen they are about it. Scum.
-
exactly. Tear gas the cunts, then deport those who shouldn't be here [of which I would bet there are a lot] Yeah, that'd go down well wouldn't it.
-
This has caused the England friendly to be called off. So at least something good has come about from it.
-
He's a replacement for Routledge I'd have thought.
-
That'll teach me for doubting 'Sportsmail Reporter'.
-
He scored apparently. .co.uk would only refer to him as "the French trialist" in their match report.
-
Yeah I'm struggling to see the humour in that.
-
Sweet Jesus.
-
Zany.
-
Has he signed or not then?

Ouch. http://blogs.independent.co.uk/2011/08/08/jody-mcintyre/

Well fuck me sideways... It's those evil video games that are at fault here! Of course! Wouldn't be surprised if they blame Marilyn Manson for it as well on page 2 (you know how those little rascals in Tottenham love a bit of Marilyn Manson).
-
Skysports.com reckon he's going to call up Tom fucking Cleverly.

Ashley/Llambias have made many poor to terrible decisions since they came into the club, the likes of which culminated in a relegation and the unrest we're experiencing at the moment. But you could argue that they never did anything as singularly monumentally stupid as paying Blackburn compensation for a man that was probably going to get the sack soon enough anyway, whose side looked like they might struggle, and had shown nothing to suggest he would improve us. They would have been laughing all the way to the bank Sickens me that Souness had £50m to spend. Of all the managers...

So far, the Daily Star and 'Sportsmail Reporter' (so much credibility that they're keeping the writer anonymous) are the only ones that I'm aware of going with the £5.5m angle. Not saying it won't happen but I wouldn't get angry over it just yet.
