  1. Do you watch much Eredevisie/PSV?
  2. Soccer Saturday, how I've missed you. Shame Phil Thompson is still on it, but oh well.
  3. Worth noting that the current issue of that is a few weeks out of date now, so (as with all of them) it's worth taking with a pinch of salt. Indeed with another couple of weeks, it's perhaps a bit premature to make some of these predictions as things could still change significantly for some clubs (including us if Pardew isn't lying about "100% getting in a new LB and striker").
  4. http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/philmcnulty/201...1112_predi.html http://www.football365.com/f365-features/7...son-Predictions http://www.skysports.com/story/0,,11979_7093751,00.html http://www.skysports.com/tv_show/story/0,,...7093069,00.html http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport...ill-finish.html Are Wigan really that much worse than the three promoted clubs? Did he watch Bolton last season? Nothing to suggest they'll go down ahead of other sides. Adifferentleague.co.uk have us in 15th and FourFourTwo have us in 13th.
  5. Why are you still paying any attention to that cwarr guy? It's beyond me. You know he's not worth your time and respect, so why a) read his drivel, and share it with us? LIVID
  6. I love that last line by the way. At this point in the window, surely we should have identified priority targets?
  7. Douglas with an update http://www.journallive.co.uk/nufc/newcastl...61634-29227496/ Doesn't sound overly optimistic and it will be ridiculous going into the derby without a recognised LB (unless Ferguson is fit, but I wouldn't start him given the choice).
  8. stop derailing the thread and go back to flipping burgers lad. Better than flipping my balls back and forward you boring old cunt. Easily your best post ever.
  9. Funny how that midfield turned out to be significantly better than they were for us (Nolan excluded).
  10. My Dutch mate is better than yours.
  11. If you support the football team Newcastle United there is no argument for the sale of Carroll. The money has not and will not be reinvested in the team. At any price then there is no point at which that becomes good for the team. End of story. To be fair, at the time we hoped (possibly even expected) that they'd spend the money. We weren't to know they were lying again. Whilst I'd have preferred us keeping Carroll, I can understand the money being seen as "silly money". The timing of it annoyed me the most - leaving us no time to replace him.
  12. I imagine his wages are significantly lower.
  13. Shame he probably won't sign then, knowing us. Too good to be true, and in truth he's probably not even that good.
  14. If Pieters or similar aren't here in time for the Sunderland match then someone will want shooting.
  15. What's the deadline for registering players for Saturday's match?
