Absolutely. To my mind they're just a corrupt medieval desert caliphate who bought the tournament. They don't care about the people who live and die like slaves....they've fuck all to do with football and don't deserve a single spectator.
They'll get them in their droves from China and Russia though.
Blatter's probably counting on being dead by the time this insanity happens.

I suppose part of the thinking here is his experience to date will be working with a team of players, the make up of which he has little/no say in, and developing them into better performers.
All of that actually makes sense for the board's philosophy.
But he's totally unproven, which worries me.

Probably because they aren't going to name one until after June. Also, Jonas and Taylor would have been on pretty sizeable contracts, way above what their worth to the team is. I think it makes sense in a business perspective, just don't think it was a hugely compassionate decision by the club with respect of Jonas. Hope he comes back some day in some capacity.

It's not in the next bloke's interest to draw attention to how corrupt the organisation he's running has been. Just clean it up and look to the future, don't shine a light on what the last bloke did.
It may not be, but it certainly won't be in the next bloke's interest to continue hiding that shit from the authorities.

As much as I'd love this to force Blatter out, he's going to hang on for dear life because as soon as he's gone, all sorts of shit is going to come out. He can't risk stepping down.
I also reckon he's got something on Platini, which will make UEFA relatively impotent...
