  1. That bid was rejected yesterday apparently. http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-news/football/premier-league/transfer-rumours/130115/newcastle-fail-bid-land-ex-arsenal-striker-189312
  2. @F8Piraux: Newcastle has proposed 2.5€ million to Nancy to secure the services of Massadio Haïdara (20 years). AS Roma is also interested. (RMC) #NUFC
  3. I'm pretty sure reports last week suggested next season until he's back.
  4. Yeah I'm seeing that on twitter too. Journos in France suggesting it's a done deal he's going to QPR.
  5. Reading will be on a high from there last outing, nerves kicking in tbh.
  6. He does say sniffing glue...
  7. It's disappointing if true he chose an extra 30k a week to play for QPR. I agree with you though that we should stick to our guns and not get drawn into a wage war. I just hope we can get someone in for Saturday...
  8. I think that added boost of a new player for this game as Pardew said could now be gone unless something happens in the next couple of days. Still a huge game.
  9. Was thinking that lol. Be interesting to hear what Pardew says.
  10. If a player only see's £££££ then signing for the bottom side in the league is irrelevant. Nothing we could of done.
  11. That's that then. Fuck sake!
  12. Debuchy: Recent SJP arrival Mathieu Debuchy told the French radio station RMC Sport that Remy rang Yohan Cabaye on Sunday evening for his views on the club and Newcastle supporters. It's also reported by French journalists that Debuchy said on the same station that: "It's a very good news to see Loïc Rémy at Newcastle. I hope to see him tomorrow at training camp. Loic has had some problems recently, but we know him: he's a great player and goalscorer. "I hope it'll do him good to come here, and he'll score goals and get himself back in the French national side. Rémy is a very good striker, it's great for the team and Newcastle."
  13. To try an put a positive spin on this it could be that his representatives are looking for the money and he himself has already made up his mind, hence him not wanting to speak to QPR last week.
  14. Seemed too good to be true, I reckon this will go down until the last day. So much for someone in for the Reading game.
  15. Bigger club and was speaking to Cabaye last night, Debuchy spoke about him earlier as well as HBA.
  16. @nufcfans: OM sporting director: Not just agreed #remy fee with #nufc, also #qpr plus one unnamed club. On rtl radio apparently (via / @davidmcrossan)
  17. You like to think after Debuchy's comments he is on board. Very depressing if true.
  18. Barton saying he's heard he signed for QPR.
  19. Representatives speaking to QPR Accourding to Twitter..... Worried
  20. Twitter reckon he landed in London last night.
  21. He is one of those players who was never going to be around for long, fantastic talent and wouldn't be surprised if he went to one of the worlds top teams. PSG are his team but hopefully won't happen for awhile yet!
