I also watch a lot of Italian matches and I agree it's been better, also in time they will get better and faster at sorting it out. The match changing wrong decisions will become a thing of the past.

Don't companies dish out shares when they need to raise a lot of money for investment etc ? Buyback normally means the opposite so is the biggest shareholder expecting a lumpa from somewhere else ? Just guessing like, and hoping.
