  1. We've just parked up in Ruislip.....old friend of Alex my co driver lives here so free parking on their drive and a couple of spare sofas for tonight (big thanks to Simon & Jo) short hop down on Met line then a few beers. Best of luck everyone lets make it a day to remember for all the right reasons.......HOWAY THE LADS BRING IT HOME
  2. I see Paul Merson has it down as an Man Utd win......no real surprise as we could field the entire Argentina world cup squad and he'd still back the other team.....horrible fat cockney twat
  3. I see SSN are still going with the "Man Utd v Newcastle"........mustn't be space on the screen for all of our name
  4. I wasn't his biggest fan a few weeks ago but he has to start and with Bruno playing as well I'm hoping for good things
  5. Just give him the Botman stare in the tunnel then a sly dig in the ribs first 5 mins should do the trick.......aka "the vinny jones"
  6. Shane Ferguson scored Rotherhams 2nd goal tonightšŸ¤£
  7. Cant quite work out if Karius attends training every day after reading a few of EH quotes "Weā€™ve mixed up whoā€™s travelled as the third goalkeeper. Heā€™s been training today. Heā€™s ready to play" "Iā€™ve got no issues with his fitness or form" "I will make contact with him, obviously, but I see him and speak with him every day, and, as I say, heā€™s trained very well"
  8. Well he's pleaded not guilty..........so innocent until proven guiltyšŸ™„ https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/sunderland-trial-bird-man-mouth-26265377 If he's got any mates......they'll rip the piss out of him
  9. If you could guarantee our penalty takers choose a spot then blast it rather than the 2 step shuffle which makes you look a cunt when you miss......then i might take a 0-0
  10. He holds our defence / midfield in place also very noticeable how much better Trippier/Almiron play when he's involved, Isak / ASM should benefit as well
  11. Normal service will be resumed soon once this fella is back back in the groove
  12. It was similar under Keegan all out attack....Pav would race out then try and dribble/knock it past opposing player and nearly give the fans a heart attack
  13. Somebody in the Pope family must have had a bet yesterdayšŸ¤£ From NUFC.com While Nick Pope made the headlines for his dismissal against Liverpool, he wasn't the only member of his family to have issues with officialdom on Saturday. Pope's elder brother Josh - also a goalkeeper - was red-carded earlier in the day for Mildenhall Town against Harleston Town in the Eastern Counties League.
  14. I sense pre final nerves are kicking in
  15. I would start with ASM and Isak next week which means Wilson on the bench Karius Trippier Schar Botman Burn Bruno Joelinton Longstaff Almiron Isak ASM Subs Wilson Willock Anderson Murphy Targett ...probably to early for him as he's only played 60 min of U21 game etc etc But knowing ASM he'll have one of those games running into blind alleys and producing nothing so maybe Wilson and Isak both start
  16. As already mentioned ASM had a very good game and should start next week as for which goalkeeper to play flip a coin but Karius gets my voteā€¦..yes he hasnā€™t played for ages but I can see him having a brilliant game
  17. After tomorrow's game they'll all be patting themselves on the back for a "class / mint display" & FTM
  18. I dont get all this doom and gloom........we are 4th in league with one defeat they are a place above granted we've hit a sticky patch of draws, but its a one off game and we have the meanest defence atm
  19. My work mate checked his bank for any pending payments and saw the word "Newcastle" and for one glorius millisecond sheer ecstasy..........then saw "Building Society".............BOLLOCKS
  20. 5th place would be a real pisser CL spot would put us miles ahead of schedule and money wise CL is worth tens of millions more than the Europa
  21. I was really hoping we'd give them a good hiding today but we badly miss Bruno in midfield and the same problem as last week, giving the ball away way too much and nobody bossing the middle.......Next two games are a worry as we show no sign of ending this poor run
