I think the difference is, when Tino is on the right, he is trying not to end up in the space that is Murphy's, so the right attacking corner/flank and therefore he tends to drift in or realises he's in the wrong spot and panics to a degree. And a lot of his right foot crosses are over hit. Whereas on the left with Barnes (and Gordon when available) tending to cut in from the left, Tino needs to fill that left attacking corner and the value of the quick cross/ball into the centre.

There is no doubt and we know EH loves an inverted winger, I just think Murphy has shown the worth of playing at least one side with a winger on their natural/stronger foot.

Disagree, Minteh is a left footer playing on the right, that's why when Miggy was starting we were so narrow and Isak service was limited, JM's success has shown the limitations of playing with both winger being inverted.

If anything, the fact that JM is a right footed winger playing on the right side and therefore naturally wants to cross the ball inside to Isak, is the exact thing a "new" inverted type RW would take away from the team.
