The Fulham squad has some duffers (meant that pun ) in it too. I don't expect us to do as well as either but I would say we have a number of players who aren't far off their first 11 equivalents so if we only signed 3 in the summer (who were improvements rather than back up) it's not impossible for us to finish the season in a fairly comfortable position*. *This post is not intended in any way back Ashley or Lamiarse.

Just need to look at the Birmingham squad to see it isn't impossible to do well with a fairly average squad. We definitely need a centre mid and could really do with a proven goalscorer but their squad on paper is hardly world beating. Steven Carr at right back ffs!?
