If the bit about Hughton was true, it would be a shocking state of affairs, but I don't believe that for a second. That's really how I feel but I just cannot advocate the relegation of the club, that could be a seriously damaging thing to happen to us.

There's something deeply wrong with the players, they're the only constant the club's had along with shite performances and results since the dark days of Souness. I'm starting to wonder whether a wholesale change of playing staff might be the best idea to ditch the terrible decline.

It bothers me more when a team like Birmingham draws 2-2 with 10 men against Arsenal when all our players have managed is two 3-0 defeats, someone could do with sending the team some heart ala the Pistone Christmas gag.

Like anyone really expected a miracle turnaround?! What the hell are they on? If they didn't know we'd be treading water til the end of the season (when Kev can get stuck in to bringing in his own players and rejigging the team to his ideas) then they must be fucking tapped in the heed.
