Dont know if thats Carlton Cole's genuine account, nonetheless ..........
-
His account has been a total suck up fest to Marsielle over the last few months. QPR must really be a shitty place to be at

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2331329/Newcastle-add-Eder-list-potential-summer-striker-targets.html#ixzz2UTBRj7EP Dont know much about him to be honest.
-
Dont know, I get the feeling those saying we spend some of our summer kitty in January have a point. We'll probably get a striker in, anything else will be a bonus. What we need to challenge for 5th or 6th again is a couple of strikers, a winger and a CB at least. And thats assuming noone important leaves. Williamson has to be kept away from the first team, and Jonas needs someone pushing him for a starting place.
-
Agree with this. It is a horribly difficult job though, especially with all the diving and acting going around nowadays. Least the refs should do is show some consistency though. Fact that similar incidents often get different treatment from the same ref doesnt help their cause.

Aye Song was a strange one. Just when he had started to become a decent player at Arsenal too. I can understand Neymar's choice. Real are full of egos from top to bottom and always seem to be on the verge of unstability. Not the place you want to be if you want to develop yourself as a player at the moment.

I think Busquets is underrated, and the diving tag he has on him doesnt help. Lack of physical presence is something he lacks though, as does his team in general. They were so much more dynamic with Toure and Ibrahimovich in the fold. I can understand the point about Ant's making about Pique though, come to think of it must be a nightmare for him with the full backs bombing on all the time. And he's also the only real physical presence at the back.
-
Yup, if I was them I would have gone in with everything for either of Falcao or Lewandowski. They need someone to take Puyol's place too now, Pique is generally a mess without him. A bit like the Colo/Taylor situation. Now hearing rumours of Falco to Monaco, ffs!
-
Nope, something without that horrible patch on the back would be lovely.
-
Wasnt exactly being serious...... I do hate Wigan after the way the acted over the Haidara incident though. I have no complians about Swansea winning the league cup.
-
So? They're even bigger cunts than City. And served to remind us how even some shitty small time clubs have won some trophies. Not a good thing.

Can nothing good ever happen in football? Oh well.....

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
aimaad22 replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
I like the fact he admits his mistakes. When we play piss poor he's not afraid to say so. Just because I dont think he's a great manager doesnt mean I ignore he's a lot less cuntish than many other managers. Too bad he's not able to rectify his team's weaknesses despite identifying them.- 10610 replies

Sigh, for some reason I still harbour the hope Pards can make it here. Think he's a more down to earth, generally more likeable fellow than most managers around these days. Just wish he was better than most of them tactically as well- 10610 replies

Still finding it difficult to get my head around the fact Pardew was appointed given his past record. You keep getting the bad feeling it will blow up in our faces sooner or later, despite trying to convince yourself that with our current first team squad a repeat of 5th is more likely than 16th.- 10610 replies

If Chelski get Falcao or Shurrle, he'll probably have no future there. Might be worth going in with a bid. He'll cost a bit though so Im probably dreaming anyway.
-
Anybody else think we should be in for Lukaku? I mean, if West Brom can get him... Has some really good attributes, not the finished article by any means but a very dangerous player already.
-
Hazard/Vermaelen. Like someone said pretty good looking squad. Remains to be seen if they can work together.
-
There's hope for them yet!
-
Its not that, its just how your remark came off. Im not fickle enought to make a judgement like that on someone based on what they write on an internet forum on an emotinally charged topic.
-
Obviously, and the London train bombings etc etc. Its usually the common folk who fall prey to the consipracies of the powerful. I know, Im just saying you cant generalise these things and they arent any less 'barbaric' just because suited booted people carry them out.
-
Even more shameful is the fact our shameless government is right in on this. No surprises that the guy who said he'd have these drones shot down mysteriously lost in the recent general elections despite having unprecedented public support.
-
How do you define barbarism? Was Hitler religiously motivated? What about the link I posted above about the old man being cut down? What about dropping bombs on a bunch of children attending school or a wedding? The fact its done by the push of a button rather than hacking at them with knives makes it not barbaric?
