If only Tony Blair had any balls to say this...
Geordie Boyo replied to Geordie Boyo's topic in General Chat
I don't think it's about patriotism, religions should simply stop being protected. Any infringement on human rights, for whatever reason should be illiegal, and chased down in whatever country they exist. 192174 There's nothing wrong in showing patriotism. You'd like to see that in every country you'd visit all though sadly it doesn't exist here. As far as infringement on human rights what's this article got to do with that? Lets not drift off to something else and turn this into a 40 odd page thread, he's talking about his country's identity (yeah I know, Australia...!) where a religious law is being pushed on society and there way of life. If it takes a bit of patriotism to get that message across then I don't see anything wrong with that at all. It's the PC attitude in being afraid to offend these people and risk of fewer votes that stands in the way. I think if your going to be prime minister you should stand up for your society’s way of life and law, does that sound so bad? Or better yet, did I offend anyone...! -

I don't really see there being anyway of dealing with the current religious and political disparities between modern western culture and fundamentalist Islamic cultures to make the situation work realistically or pragmatically. It would be nice though if our prime minister did show a little bit of patriotism and say what should be said instead of being afraid to offend certain religions who have no intention of adapting. -
While I agree on what he says here, despite how he says it's an interesting opinion from a country that treats its original inhabitants so appallingly. http://headlines.sify.com/news/fullstory.php?id=13924046

I've never been in years, so long in fact that's where I used to get my wrestling action figures from!

Amazing! Two young kids, a major wildlife Australian Zoo, highly successful television series, countless TV episodes and two Hollywood films yet he still plays with death. I do feel sorry for his wife and kids more than anything, but what an idiot. He would have been messing around with it thinking he was one with nature again, despite the risks. RIP

Even more insulting than "Geordie women are dogs"
Geordie Boyo replied to Gemmill's topic in Newcastle Forum
Rubbish! It was clear that we needed to strengthen our defence and buy more than one long term quality striker and he had plenty of time to do this. A Man-City reject (panic buy) Bernard (panic buy) and Rossi (panic buy) who were all brought in last minute. Not good enough and the fact he blames the transfer window and insults our intelligence by saying something like that says what a complete and utter fat twat he is. 191828 huh whats rubbish? Im struggling to see what your reply has to do with my post tbh 191829 I think you must have changed the 'fair portion of fans' part by the looks of it as I read it that you had agreed by him saying 'our fans would have been dancing in the street' meaning all our supporters. -

I wish we could get rid of the fat horrible twat, tbh! I don't want to see or hear any negativity during games as it won't help the players, but it would be nice if we could somehow get the message across and make it clear that he can fuck off for good!

Now THAT'S better...! -
he's 26 Sima, man! 190201 He's also fucking shit, which he was towards the end of his time with us. Solano has always had class. 190206 Is he fuck! His attitude is shit! I would take a guess and think he wouldn't be looking to make that mistake again...! 190221 Can I ask a serious question please? Did you ever see him play for Southampton or Rangers? Do you know why neither wanted to keep him on? 190223 Yes I did see him play for both clubs as a matter of fact, and yes he was shit. MY POINT BEING! Is that this would be the perfect opportunity for him to have the right attitude and find his form again and if that happens then of course he'd offer a hell of a lot more commitment and quality than Babayaro. Pos-i-tiv-i-ty mate

He's better than Babayaro and at 26 I see no reason why he can't recapture that form again. Better than knowt...!
