    Wii

Aye, places like Game often do that. They claim it's fair as you're getting £400 worth of stuff, but it's unfair that they are FORCING you to buy the extra stuff you probably don't want. Robbing twats tbh. I got the missus hers from Argos, only pre-ordered in the middle of November and it came on launch day. Feel pretty lucky now, some have had it pre-ordered for months and have missed out. I'd sell it if it wasn't for a Christmas present.

    Wii

Wii is backwards compatible with GameCube games.

£260 is a lot IMO. Alright you get it for Christmas (?) but paying £80 over the odds just to get it a few weeks early? Not something i'd do.
  4. 22845 Level 8 It was getting silly.
  5. Paper talk atm. NUFC have refused to comment on it though, which tells a story.
  6. Not sure if this one was posted, but never mind: It's a bit out of date now too.
  7. Please don't tar everyone on N-O witht the same brush... Luque is shite, and there are some proper fucking numbskulls over there.
  8. COULD LESBIANS IMPREGNATE THE MIDDLE CLASS?

    quality

Twas on the radio. He missed a thin red at 4-1 down and on a break of 24 or something and just jacked. Hardly out of it.
  10. Add me to the list of previous Tiscali users that was capped. I had a few letters, then eventually they just blocked P2P on evenings.
  11. Found another two bodies this afternoon.
  12. PS: if you can find your attenuation (in the router status page) and your line length (use http://www.samknows.com/broadband/checker2.php) this is a decent guide: Attenuation.............Approximate Line Length............Potential Connection Speed 32db...................................2.3km.....................................16000kbps 35db...................................2.5km.....................................14500kbps 40db...................................2.9km.....................................11800kbps 45db...................................3.2km.......................................8500kbps 50db...................................3.6km.......................................6500kbps 55db...................................4.0km.......................................4500kbps 60db...................................4.3km.......................................3200kbps 65db...................................4.7km.......................................2000kbps
  13. Fixed. If you've already tried the test socket then there's no reason a faceplate will help you. For me it helped a great deal because I had a shit extension hardwired into the BT socket and my router on the end of that. Now I have my router by the new faceplate and use wireless - everything is the same (except I use wireless) and my sync speed is double what it was.
  14. Also, 02/03: Lost 0-3 No scorer 03/04: Lost 0-5 No scorer 04/05: Lost 0-4 No scorer 05/06: Lost 0-3 No scorer 05/06: Lost 0-1 No scorer Looks promising!
  15. We're going to get bummed whatever lineup we play IMO. Chelsea will be on the rampage after dropping points against Arsenal, it's just always the way.
  16. Leazes, are you capable of a yes or no answer? Yes or no?
  17. I'd say so, aye. For a tenner a month, anyway. I don't have the calls or owt though. I'm 3km+ from the exchange and get 4mb. However, speeds vary greatly (in general, I don't mean mine day-to day). Take a look here for what I did lately: http://www.newcastle-online.com/nufcforum/...ic,33005.0.html PS - I say 5mb on there, that was with ethernet. I use wireless and it's more sketchy.

    Sky HD

Bear in mind that it's pretty pointless unless your HDTV is over 32". I wanted it but I can't justify the cost for six channels or whatever; Sky is dear enough as it is. Also, my LCD is 27".
  19. I'm with Sky, and as has been said it was shite at the beginning. Speeds all over the shop and useless customer service. Seems much better now though, and for twice the speed I was getting, for less money, can't go wrong really.
