1. Nowt like trying to milk a bit more of it, is there.?
2. I pointed it out the the other day that he was voicing the same thing 16 months ago and when we didn't appoint him, he deleted his website in protest! Could this be the end of Newcastle-Online?
3. I'm presuming that PC got fed up of the sniping that was going on between LM/HTL & Omar/Sima in the thread on the Newcastle Forum... I'm all for a bit of debate, but that one is kind of getting out of hand. That being said, why the need to publically announce that you're going? (Attention seeking aside, I never understand why people state they're leaving...)
4. Rob's a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society though, so we can't possibly be right.... Good call though lads
5. No you didn't... You said they'd definitely be dead!
6. "Have you tried unplugging the monitor?" 86775 "What so you mean to tell me it's toontastic.linuxdriven.net?? And I'm not banned??" 86777
7. "Have you tried unplugging the monitor?" 86775 The phone's on divert tbh!
8. Applications support in an afternoon dear boy
9. It can't be done! Surely! 86750 How very dare you.... And you're damned right it can't
10. OK I'm bored this afternoon, this official enough for you Rob?
11. They died instantly according to Rob, didn't feel a thing!
12. As was mentioned earlier (and in this article, if you read it), NASA were never going to put that in the official report. On top of that, I'd wager that a bloke who worked for 22 years at Mission Control has a better insight than a 'plane spotter' who subscribes to "Flight" magazine
13. It's all lies - they were dead......Rob said so!
14. Really? Suppose this guy is as well then? Rob knows more than everyone else else of course!
15. Disintegrated?? The cabin looks pretty intact to me There is a supposed transcript of the astronauts talking after the explosion going around the net which is indeed bollocks... However, they were alive as the PEAPs (Personal Egress Air Packs) had been activated.
16. I understand that the pilots last words in most accidents is "Ah SHIT!" - 86536 Avoiding the actual question I see. 86538 4 seconds is a very short time...... most people would agree that if you've got to die 4 seconds of pain is about as good as its likely to get 86576 But you said they didn't feel a thing, so what happened during those 4 seconds?
17. Aye, cos NASA are going to officially admit that they were still alive after the explosion... It was the same mole who exposed the fact that he told them if you launch the shuttle with the temperature so low, it'll blow up who stated he'd seen the medical readings which proved that some of them were still alive for a period afterwards... Seeing as he was right about the low temperatures fucking up the O-rings in the SRB, I believe him over you Rob... 86558 There was a documentary on this just a week or two back. It said the crew survived the expolsion as the cockpit is designed to break away after an accident. Think the impact of the 'pod' hitting the sea killed them (I'm guessing if it had something like emergency parachutes they were too badly damaged to deploy). 86564 Fucking hell! 86570 Renton's going nowhere near a shuttle now! Keep this up lads, we'll make him a hermit!
18. Well for starters the astronauts all wear bio-med sensors and their medical stats are analysed by the flight surgeon in Mission Control. In addition to that:

It was the same mole who exposed the fact that he told them if you launch the shuttle with the temperature so low, it'll blow up who stated he'd seen the medical readings which proved that some of them were still alive for a period afterwards... Many reckon that the cockpit of the shuttle actually remained intact as it decended to earth and think they can see it on the footage... Seeing as he was right about the low temperatures fucking up the O-rings in the SRB, I believe him over you Rob...
20. Agreed... There is evidence (medical data) that at least some of the astronauts were still alive after the Challenger Space Shuttle exploded after take-off.... If they were alive at the altitude they were at (the edge of the atmosphere), I'm pretty certain that people on the TWA plane which was at 13,000 feet were alive 86520 Carbon Carbon 86521 That was Columbia Columbia...

22. ... unless you're married to a jug-eared Prince of course. 86298 Who's that then?? Diana was divorced by the time she croaked! 86367 but she was married to him him at some point and in fact it was that marriage that propelled her into the public eye. the apostrophe in my post referred to the missing "w" and "e" and a missing "a" so there 86393 *cough* And at the time of her death, she was no longer married to him... So I'll see your and raise you a

24. And you know this how? Previous life? 86269 Buy "Flight" magazine (its weekly) - every 6 months they publish a full list of stats and details of all accidents for every plane that is commercial - easy really or http://www.planecrashinfo.com/cause.htm 86277 OK, here's one for you... TWA plane that crashed off Long Island during the '96 Olympics. Brought down simply because the plane had been left on the apron too long with the air conditioning system left on. The aircon system heated the fuel in the centre tank to flash point and a short caused by the shoddy insulation on the wiring loom caused a spark and the fuel exploded. It resulted in a fracture which caused the nose to detatch and the plane literally fly for another half mile without a front section before it stalled and crashed...... You telling me those people felt nowt!
25. righto.... And like your point about them gliding, I wouldn't want to find out....
