What attitude? I'm answering your question. The difference is Harry gets money from the Civil List because of who he is, not because of what he does. Shearer's kids won't. 36427 If anything the Royals are at more of a disadvantage than Shearer's kids yet they will both enjoy unearned privilage. What's the difference? Paris Hilton? George W? Lord Sainsbury? Prince Harry?

What about Shearer's kids? They will have wealth and privalege through birth even if their father earned it. 36394 Bit different I reckon. 36399 Explain how. If it was the son of an investment banker in Hertfordshire would your feelings towards the child be the same? I'm not presuming what you think, merely asking the question. 36411 It would still be different to the Royal family so yes, do I really need to explain the difference between having a father / mother who has earned their money and receiving money from the state on the basis of heriditary rights? 36421 Somewhere along the line, someone will have earned it. It may have been centuries, but it will have been earned. Also, please drop the attitude, it's completely uncalled for.

Just trying to get a bit of conversation going tbh. It strikes me that there's an element of paranoia and self-consciousness up here about what the "south" or "ver media" thinks of the NE. In my opinion, I don't think it's actually there at all which is why I was interested.

Another man (who is not you), is shagging this woman! BWAHAHAHAHA!

If such a thing exists anymore, where is your head at? Is it in a different place to you financially? Will your children be the same class as you? Me? Middle class. Father middle class. Mother working class. I've picked up dog-ends in the Bracknell DSS to make a roll up. I have cous cous in my kitchen. I drink wine. I read the News of the world and The Observer. I work for every penny I spend. I don't have private health care or a pension.

It's the great leveller. Some Blacks, some Whites, some Geordies, some Cockneys, some Muslims, some Middle Class people. It's a chip thing. Do you have one?

Agree 100%.

There are different types of fans at every club. I know some die hard Arsenal fans and some people who only go occasionally. Clubs will charge whatever they can get away with. If you want success and a talented squad, you have to pay for it.

You asked for my opinion and I gave it to you. Hopefully some of my advice will be of help. Good luck.

I only act like a prick some of the time. If you want consistency........you must look.......within.

Too long, music was edited badly, repetetive and could have done with some crowd noise for excitement. I would also try and find some more original music and stay away from dodgy techno! I think you should also vary the pace of the action too. Sorry not to be more positive, but I'm basing it on what's on telly. If it's your first project and you're geet chuffed then: It was ace!

hmm tell me what mourinho had won before he went to Porto? perhaps they should have gotten somebody with a better track record as well eh 36081 Are you saying we SHOULDN'T get someone with a track record? Besides, didn't we try and get Mourinho? 36087 My guess is he is saying you can't judge a persons track record based soley on the myopic view of how many trophies they have won. There's a wee bit more to it than that. 36092 Nobody else wanted the job. That's the trouble when you jump ship mid season. Now he's here I say support him. If your argument was 100% true, then Robson would have won us SOMETHING!? Neither of us knows what will happen this season. Have your "last word" post if it makes you feel better, then let's drop it. We disagree. No more, no less. -

Renton, You're boring me. Read what I wrote and tell me which bit you think isn't true. Please tell me what Bruce, O'Leary, Curbishley, Allardyce, Roeder and Burley have WON and then we can agree that I'm right. You don't like Souness? Fine, that's completely your right, but some alternatives have won fuck all. Winning is sometimes a lucky habit beyond any reason. -

This is my general feeling on Souness. He's unfashionable as you can get, nobody else in the top 6 would consider him and yet he HAS got a respectable track record compared to many other managers in pure terms of trophies won. All other suitors COMBINED can't boast half of what Souey has won: Bruce O'Leary Curbishley Allardyce Roeder Burley I can just see him nicking us the Carling Cup or better still the FA cup. We're too sentimental sometimes. The script was begging for Keegan and then Robson to succeed but still no trophy. I've no special reason to like him, I just feel he could turn out to be a shrewd and lucky appointment. -

If he wins a trophy here I'll be pleased as punch. If you don't think that's success then fine, but I believe it would break our seeming "jinx". Mark Hughes is doing just as badly at Blackburn too. -
Sorry to hear it. I assumed those who died would have been either overweight or very unfit. Scary.

So...it's the fans fault? 36016 Some fans' fault. I was being deliberatley tabloid, but I believe in my theory. The fans at Real Madrid get coaches sacked twice a season. They've spent almost as much as Chelsea and have won fuck all for the last few seasons. Alex Ferguson recently said that we expect to win the World Cup up here. As much as I'm sure you love Glasgow's favourite son, he does know a bit about winning things. I believe stability, hard work, patience, confidence and positivite attitude are the keys to success. That's why I hate clubs sacking managers mid season. The crowd need to understand that as well as anyone. 36024 I understand and probably agree with you, but is it the majority or the minority causing the problems? Despite the poor performances, I've only ever heard a few muffled calls for Souness to be sacked during a game. A quick chorus of 'Souness Out' from those noisey wags in the East Stand. It's hardly the hankerchief waving pig head throwing antics of the Spanish. 36029 Well I never said all fans anyway! That would have been stupid. -
Never going to catch on son. 35993 Fuck! I'm being patronised by an amphibian!
