I love how you guys always manage to find something to cry about. It's like an old armchair or pork pies. Always there to let you know all is well in the world! BTW if we don't beat Fulham at least 3000-nil, I think we should give Souness a Chinese burn. On his cock. *resumes day*

I'm off.

Weak 24971 It's true though. I've got really wound up here but I've still pulled my punches because I feel I have the right to use this forum. If my prescence bothers you, put me on your ignore list. The sad fact is, I probably brighten up your mundane world. I have more courage in my convictions than you. You wouldn't disagree with the herd if your life depended on it. You are very very ordinary. Loser. 24981 Is that it? 25009 Ok, you are goatse.

Jesus wept. 24946 24950 Christ on a bike! 24960 Yes, that probably needed explaining to many here.

Aye, your insults are shite. 24973 That wasn't an insult you absolute retard. That was. 24992 Weak. 24994 Ok, if you must get me angry.... My avatar's tits are bigger than your avatar's tits. Happy now?

Ah, you can't do it. I thought not.

I still don't have an answer as to why you don't offset the cost recouped by Jenas against the price you paid for Owen.
-
You're insults do far more damage to your reputations than mine.

As for why Robson never won anything here, I don't know, nobody does. 24806 You make my point perfectly. Track record means very little once you join a new club. Let's just get behind the manager and the team and see what happens. 24817 Utter bullshit, it means everything, otherwise I may as well be the next manager. I'm not rising to your bait anymore, either you a wum or a complete cretin, either way you're not worth talking to. 24841 Then why sack Robson? His track record should have kept him employed... You are so lame, making your dig then running off again saying you won't talk to me anymore. You are worse than me.

Honestly. Go and read my post. It's very obvious. I even differentiate by saying "on the pitch". 24834 Though I think the better term for what you mean is strategy not tactics. 24840 Ok, I agree it would have saved a good part of our afternoons!

Probably.

No. So Owen "cost" £16m. What do you think happens to the £8m for Jenas?
-
Yes, of course we have, but as that money hasn't been recieved, it does make it easier though. 24768 How? 24774 We bought Woodgate for £9m and sold him for £14m: £5m profit. We bought Jenas for £5m and sold him for £8m: £3m profit. It's not like we're £16m worse off. 24779 No, you see that's exactly what we are. We ultimately paid 16 million for the player, don't confuse the issue with where the cash is resting or what form it's currently in. 24809 I see, so if you buy a new car for £5000, then sell your old one for £2000, you are still down by £5000!? 24830 How much did the car cost? 24835 To you £3000. You already owned an asset worth £2000. 24838 You said you're self employed - can I just ask if you do your own accounts? 24842 Yes I do. What's your point?

It is the single easiest way of throwing away a lot of money. Are you one of those people who likes to make out he's doing well by buying overpriced cars?

I think when people talk about tactics in relation to football they are normally on about the tactics that are employed on the field of play during a match. It may be useful for you to remember this so that you don't think that when people refer to tactics in relation to Graeme Souness they are talking about his views on how the Spanish Armada was defeated. Just a thought like. 24781 From a previous quote of mine: He has got rid of the idiots in the dressing room and replaced them with solid professionals. You say his tactics on the pitch are non existant, (I may even be sympathetic to that opinion,) but at the club they're not too shabby. PLEASE READ MY POSTS MORE CAREFULLY. IT WILL HELP YOU LOOK LESS STUPID. 24795 I did read that and I could argue that he handled the Bellamy and Robert situations really badly. However, I think most people would agree with my definition of tactics in relation to a football manager. 24810 There are tactics on the pitch. Then there are the tactics of how you manage. Gullits tactics of trying to get to Shearer by treating Robert Lee like shit didn't work. Souness's tactics of getting rid of the trouble makers I think will work. It's a very simple concept. Same word, just used in different contexts.
