don't mind early starts if they mean early finishes. When I worked at Longbenton, I started at 7.00am and knocked off at 4.30 mon-thursday so that I could shy off early on Fridays etyc. flexi-time is the Bomb tbh.

to be fair to MON he hasn't had enough time to build his own team, also the performance of the inexperienced centre halves, midfielder (osbourne) were cause for celebration in Birmingham if you ask me. it's ridiculous to try and compare two different villa sides playing against two different Man U sides, in two different competitions, with two different runs of form going into the game.
