The kid looks terrified!

It's just a shame Tiote is playing so wank this season. Anita's our only decent looking midfielder at the moment (not counting Ben Arfa). As the senior players, Jonas and Tiote are giving us absolutely nothing at the minute!

I see Brad Inman scored for Crewe today. Dummet scored for St Mirren too

When I saw that you'd posted I knew you'd be picking me up on that. Yes I dare say (not that I've looked lately) that there is a fair bit of that which would fit nicely into any Pitchfork list (although I think a fair few of the albums wouldn't be the one they'd pick for the that artist, New Porno's and Spoon immediately spring to mind) but they are the albums that I love and listen to the most. There's loads of other albums that you would probably appreciate more and no doubt a fair few that you would have on your list that I really like (in parts at least) but wouldn't listen to anywhere near as much as these. I'm certainly no hipster (whatever that is) but it's fair to say that a lot of what I listen to has been influenced by me finding Pitchfork about 8 years ago. Before then I was stuck listening to The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Doors, Dylan, Bowie, Pink Floyd, Oasis, Stone Roses over and over again. So while Pitchfork gets a lot of stick, for me personally it opened up a lot more music for me.

Thought he looked weak as piss last night like. Mind you, I lost all interest in watching a reserve game pretty early on!

So what's your top 10 releases for the 1990s?

Hadn't realised that Boards of Canada was 90's. That's another amazing album. -

Mother Love Bones album was pretty brilliant too. Cloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns is such a tune. -

I still love Second Coming, yet their debut was better I really do still enjoy the different way Second Coming went. Seemed to me more influenced by Squires whereas Brown was more the first one. -

Probably listened to that more than any other album when I've come in pissed. Well listened to about the first four songs then passed out! -

Is this the top ten that you actually listened to in the 90's or your top ten of the 90's now? What I listened to back then would probably include some pretty embarrassing stuff like Def Leppard and Giant whereas now it would be from; Primal Scream - Screamadelica Stone Roses - Stone Roses (was this 90's or 89? If 89 then second coming) Pulp - His & Hers Portishead - Dummy Massive Attack - Blue Lines Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream Air - Moon Safari Goodspeed You Black Emporer - F#A#Oo Yo La Tengo - Painful Radiohead - The Bends Elliott Smith - Either/Or Oasis - Definitely Maybe Suede - Suede Eels - Beautiful Freak Blur - Parklife The New Radicals - Maybe You've Been Brainwashed Too Chilli Peppers - Mothers Milk Guns N Roses - Use Your Illusion 2 Pearl Jam - Ten Leftfield - Leftism -
Wish I was there now regardless of what team plays. It looks a fuck sight warmer than here and Brugge really whet my appetite for another trip away. Better to keep the money for the next round though methinks.

Their highest ever attendance is apparently only mid forties so it seems unlikely to me.
-
I have to admit I don't know how much of a trek it is from where they're based but they've never had anything like that big a fan base though regardless have they?
-
I see West Ham look like getting the Olympic stadium. I saw him that used to be the NOTW sports editor on SSN this morning saying that if they got it, the increased revenue could make them a regular top six team. He seemed to think they would be able to sell out a sixty thousand + stadium. Is it just me who finds it hard to believe that they could ever fill it for more than the odd game?
-
I fucking hope not

I'll let you off if it was just a moment of not being able to get your words out. I did wonder what the fuck you were going on about like I agree if you change back to the formation of last season then Anita would be the player who would most likely fill his role (I actually thought this was the whole point behind signing Anita in the first place and mentioned it when he signed) but it's also more than possible that Jonas could contribute more in the same way he did last season back in that role. The only problem is you get people like my dad complaining that he's not getting down the wing when he's clearly not supposed to be fulfilling that role in the formation. But then again the old man's clocking on a bit and can't get his head round these new fangled formations!
-
Is this not you saying he was playing on the right? And regardless of which of your Jonas's is being replaced, I still don't believe we have anyone to replace him. Obertan's had one decent game among a season and a half of utter shite against a team that give him all the time and space he could cope with. He's shown time and time again that he doesn't have the heart or bottle for the premiership. I personally would be delighted to see him shipped out as soon as humanly possible as he will never make any meaningful contribution to the club while he's here.
-
I think the defensive side of his game would improve on the right. It's got to be more difficult when a winger's going at you on your wrong foot.
