We are NEVER going to have a settled starting 11 whilst Hughton accomodates him in the side. CH has done well, credit where credit is due but he has to grow a set and drop him. Nolan/Guthie and Smith should be our current midfield pairing on form. Not going to happen though

Just not at the race's so far. QPR are well drilled and probably the best "footballing" side we've come up against so far this season. We didnt get out of 2nd gear until 30 mins when we really should of took our chances. Got to come out firing second half, this is a big test of our resolve and tenacity. Butt off Jonas on. Hughton probably will take Guthrie off for Jonas though. Id maybe put the experience and power of harewood on and take Carroll off. FUCKIN COME ON LADS!

Yeah NR 2010... Northern Rock has announced that it will continue to sponsor Newcastle United FC. The current deal is due to expire in 2010 and many had thought that with the Bank now under government ownership, that they would relinquish their deal with the Tyneside club. However Northern Rock executive chairman Ron Sandler told MP’s it was in the best interests of the bank to continue the sponsorship deal. Northern Rock will also continue to sponsor the Newcastle Falcons rugby side but has ended deals with county cricket clubs Middlesex and Durham. EDIT: Cant find anything on the Adidas deal.

Just thinking wasnt the NR deal worth about 30mil? When we go up FMA will have that new sponsorship deal to look forward too aswell.

Upton Park, White Hart Lane and The Riverside are all 35k so maybe they are included as fringe options.

If the Adidas deal is still current then the shirt will be the same only with a new sponsor instead of NR. Isnt there some law that thre shirt has to be the same for 2 seasons though?

When does our deals with Adidas and Northern Rock expire? Something tells me they are both up at the end of this season...
