YouTube prob better for visual of movement. Exrx better for understanding how it all works, what routine works what etc. it's also good as you can pick any muscle and it will give a range of exercises for it

An excellent resource is exrx.net It has explanations of muscle groups, routines and videos of movements etc.

Bugs me seeing people sitting doing fuck all, messing with their phone and doing the odd rep at a weight of fuck all. Not even breaking a sweat. Same people that will complain about not seeing results and give up.

Yeah, 5 sets of 5 reps per movement. Also you are better working hard for 45-60mins than 2 hours moderate like some.

Well, In my 5x5 I bench 60kg Reckon i could add a bit more but not loads and that's with supersetting DB flys.

Isolation movements are things like dumbbell curls where you only work the bicep or shitty dumbbell kick backs that only work part of the tricep. You really want to avoid these if not training regular. Compounds employ several muscle groups in one movement. Bench press is chest and arms, squats are legs, arse and back etc. Your aim should be to add weight on each week. Maintain form.

In a 5x5 its as heavy as you can while maintaining form over all sets. I think the stacked protein intake helps prevent burn muscle for energy. Also I should add on training days Im drinking 30g of BCAA over a 3 hour period.

I think a few of the "ugly" ones are strange. Marveaux - Looks good what we've seen though dont think he's been seen for a few days! Abeid - Looks a good player but one of the bairns, should see more this season Perch - I hated him when he joined and for a while after. Proved me wrong last season. Our new Aaron hughes. Its not starving yourself man You eat like a horse, but only good food between 12noon and 8pm. Only good starchy carbs (potato, not bread etc) are following training else its only complex carbs but not fruit. (for me anyway). I do 5x5 compound supersets. For example 5 x Bench Press quickly followed by 5 x Dumbell Fly five times. Generally do 4 of these and thats one session (45min). Because I train at 7am and I have had no food since 8pm the previous day, I use fat stores for energy. At least thats the theory and Ill confirm that in a few months!

Well they bring one out yearly now, I'm sure they already know what the 5S changes will be that will likely follow next year. My contract renews in Jan so I'll just get a free upgrade then.

Yeah I learned at the start by shooting in "A" (Aperture Priority on Nikon) and messing with F stops (so to see the differences f/2.8 to f/7.1 to f/22 made etc) Then same again on shutter priority and so on.

No doubt medicine cures. but with things like Cancer we are still fighting it and new drugs are still being developed. Couple of funny things though. My Gran (RIP) died in hospital of a broken arm. Strange but true. I think sometimes willpower can go hand in hand with medicine, the body has its own natural fight to survive. Just look at what it does itself without you even thinking about it. My Gran though, ok yes a huge coincidence, but was in hospital for 2 weeks and then died on her late husbands birthday. How many people do you also hear say "Im not retiring as if I dont have something to think about like work Ill just end up dead". Funny one at work was a lad who was on tablets and they were making him feel sick. So the docs gave him tablets to counteract that and you know the side effect? Yep, they could make you feel sick.

My not eating until 12noon and also dropping carbs is also to play with insulin sensitivity. By eating from the word go and several times per day you dont give your body a chance to rest and you will be producing Glycogen which will be used for energy and not fat reserves. So by fasting somewhat, you use fat reserves for energy.

That's because a plane doesnt fly high enough for the sun to reflect off it doofus. We can only see the ISS due to the light of the sun hitting it, also why it's brightness changes.

Was a canny game like and tbf I think Everton will be good again this season. Certainly expect them to push us. Certainly if they can keep that work rate up.
