Well what it was, was I was asked to train a new employee on a job and because of my personal issue I told him my head wasn't in the right place and that I didn't want the responsibility of training this person because my head wasn't in the right. And I asked him not to tell other managers and he agreed not to say anything.

He is a shift manager and I asked him not to say anything to the other managers and i think he may have.

At work I told one of the shift managers a personal issue I'm having, and I asked him not to mention it to the other managers, and he agreed not to, but he has spouted my problem to the others managers and has broken my confidentiality, is that allowed?. He is allowed to spout it around to other managers evn though I told him not to?.

I find it funny how alot of our fans are moaning about Wonga, calling them thieves, that they are no better than loan sharks etc, but the reality of it is, whether they charge a massive interest rate or not, people still agree to take loans from them, they sign and agree to pay back the money on time, and when they don't they then get interest added on. It's not Wonga's fault people can't adhere to the terms and conditions that they signed up for.

I was due an upgrade on 4th September, but waited, and managed to preorder a iPhone 5, and received it today, Although O2s customer support online is shite, and they haven't a clue what they are talking about. Alot of people who pre ordered after 8.30pm on Sept 14th wouldn't of actually secured a pre order for release day, and o2 stated that to them, even with people who pre ordered yesterday, they were still thinking they'd receive it today, even though they were told by O2 and even Apple said there will be a 2 week wait after the 1st bath of phones.

Quite frankly, i'm getting sick of the place i work at right now. The same goes for the missus aswell. We both need a change, and no matter how many jobs we apply for, we get few replies these days. Applying for jobs has become really frustrating over the past few years. Most of my working experience is Warehouse oriented. And she has half a year experience covering in Admin at our place, But now shes back on her normal job in the debrief corner, doing paper work etc... So does anyone on here know of any admin jobs going at there place, or somewhere else?. Its quite frustrating as the missus has tried hard, and just needs her break. Please let me know.

Don't fucking use it. I used it last week during the nice weather at the weekend, and after a day of use, broke out in itchy rashes, which at 1st i thought was heat rash, then found out it wasn't Its so fucking itchy, i've tried anti histamine tablets, sudocrem, savlon and nothing is working to well. It doesn't even say on the bottle that people may have side effects to using this sun cream, and i have read reviews from other people who have suffered the same as me. Dont buy that shit.

ZOMBIES ARE REAL!!!!!!, joking aside though, the bloke was off his head on bath salts, and it 10 times with the taser didn't do much, neither did the 1st bullet aswell because he kept eating the blokes face. Alright lads i'm going to be going to Carping4Heroes this year, unfortunately won't be taking part though. Basically Carping4Heroes is an event that uses carp fishing as a means to fundraise for the charity Help for Heroes, it was initially put together by ex soldier and keen carp angler Simon Bangert who had a vision to use the sport he loves to raise money for a charity which support our wounded soldiers, some of whom he has served with. Help for Heroes also support the rehabilitation centres such as Headley Court where Simon spent time himself trying to recover from a back problem before his medical discharge. He felt that carp fishing was an ideal sport to use to give something back and in early 2011 Carping4Heroes was born and on May 14th-15th 2011 the first Carping4Heroes event took place and raised an outstanding amount of £1842.70p.
