  1. For certain. With our lack of options up front this should be possible. A start of two could be telling.
  2. Yeah I saw this as well. Should have been sprinting everywhere. Shortly after he almost turned it over passing back as well. No I am not saying I think he is no good. Tough match to make a cameo in.
  3. Every team needs one TBH. He's a blocking specialist to boot, and would be dangerous in set pieces if we had someone who could take them.
  4. Bloody excellent result, will provide some confidence to the team as well.
  5. There's a fine line between pleasure and pain with Marveaux it seems. Certainly can be a game changer though as he's willing to try things and is technically very good.
  6. Maybe. 170cm also sounds like the height that someone short says they are so they don't sound as short. Realistically though anyone less than 6 foot is going to be shorter than the average centre back and hence if you're short you might as well be exceptionally so to experience the lower centre of gravity advantage.
  7. 16cm is around 6 inches. Taylor is 186 Campbell 170.
  8. 170cm they're having a lend saying he's that tall tbh. 16cm shorter than Steven Taylor?
  9. What formation would you go with in the Champions League next season? Or would you stick with your formations are for football manager kids line-up where Marveaux is in the middle, Fergie and the re-bought Lua Lua operate down the flanks, with Cisse knocking in the goals from their immense crosses while Debuchy and Jonas count their lucky stars that they even cracked it for spots on the bench?

QPR - Noone* Reading - Noone Wigan - Noone Aston Villa - Bent, Agbonlahor Southampton - Clyne, Ramirez Sunderland - Johnson, Sessegnon * Jenas - to sit in an oversized fishbowl that gets brought out pre-match and at half-time.
  11. Doesn't matter how good his left foot is when he constantly cuts back onto his right. Means that he mostly comes quite narrow allowing defending teams to compress their defense. Seldom does he pass players down the flank side.
  12. Haidara looked lively in his cameo. Good to have a left sided player who is left footed for once. His heavy right footedness limits and makes Santon predictable when getting forward.
  13. We've been very ordinary so far.
  14. Ben Arfa out with a 'dead leg'.
  15. Too much sitting and not enough standing I think you'll find. But I will not imagine wiping that thing, I just won't.
  16. at this thread. A woman can't back to front wipe obviously, but a man, unless he's a mong can go either way. I'm traditionally a sitter, but have experimented with standing. To be more accurate I'd call it squatting as you can maintain the same sitting stance while improving the angle and at the same time it's good for your quadriceps. Sitting is lazier than this variation of squatting/standing but both can be effective.
  17. This thread is both a crack up, and a crack down.
  18. Now try to blame Pardew for what you're alleging and your job is done.
  19. Shitty shit shit. Defensive calamity for the goal.
