  1. Gingrich and Palin stirring the tea party fervour doesn't constitute a serious attack on the freedom of muslims to get acquainted with a mat and a Quu'uuran. They get more publicity than they deserve rather like Nick Griffin in England. You asked for an example of this sort of behaviour which i defined as intolerance. The US right-wing is amongst the most intolerant in the world. Nick Griffin doesnt get his own show on Fox (Sky News) either.
  2. Do you care to cite examples of this sort of behaviour en masse across the states? What I'm insinuating is I doubt you'll find evidence that the majority of a populace numbering over 300 million are taking part in this sort of rabid nonsense, and if a relatively small protest like this breaks your heart in such a manner what do you propose? So much for freedom of speech... The GOP otherwise known as the Republican party. Is that 'en masse' enough for you?
  3. You remember that article about how football hooligans had gone online or was it viscious ignorant fans should not be allowed an opinion or maybe it was lamenting the fact that the internet gave a mouthpiece to ignorant viscious fans. Whatever it was, i had just gone through a period of repeatedly posting that i wanted to kick her in the cunt and suspected she may have read it.
  4. Kevin makes me scared. For the future of humanity.
  5. She's a joke of a journalist. For everything she has written about us the single worst thing she's knocked together was her xenophobic ramblings about crime in South Africa which could've been condensed down to "the blacks will rob, rape and murder you." Her justification was hilarious toow which amounted to "my editor asked me to do it so I did and I don't actually believe anything I wrote." Link?
  6. If he gets in the squad/team ahead of Darren Bent it will be funny.
  7. Was just checking for transfer news and noticed Carroll is L'equipe's English player of the weekend. Shared it with Walcott though
  8. Him and his dad sound like a pair of bellends tbh. It's like huffy French kid bingo - I need a couple of his brothers talking to the press for a full house. Warning bells going off left, right and centre here like. Steer clear imo. I'm coming round to that assumption now, i think we should stay clear and look around for other targets. Only one week left. This makes them all sound like utter wankers tbh http://www.maxifoot.fr/football/article-10330.htm
  9. Carroll was man of the match yesterday you squealy-voiced grief-junky.
  10. Happy Face might be interested in the Gwen Stefani one.

    MOTD2 Now

N'Zogbia clattered Terry so Terry went looking for revenge, nothing major but Terry had clearly got a lip on.

  14. as champion mentioned though, bit harsh booing warnock when he never even played aye
  15. and was as good as any other PL ref from what I saw Which game was it again?
  16. I think i prefer on-ear to in-ear headphones, i cant seem to keep in-ear ones comfortably in the right position.
  17. I dont normally condone booing of England players post-international failure, it seems to ignore the post-failure analysis. However, yesterday i was delighted to hear Heskey getting some stick as he's a sensitive soul and it would have knocked his confidence, as his contribution suggested.
  18. The Smith booking was a joke but its just one of those things, once the player has the reputation its a case of they made their bed so they can lie in it. Unfair of course and you'd expect more but seems to be the case with many referees. Speaking of which, a 25 year ref'ed a prem game on saturday. Bit young that for me.
  19. Yeah i saw that. Second largest US company now behind Exxon-Mobil.
  20. Fantastic performance from Barton yesterday. He needs to stay fit and in the team. Him and Smith were nails in the centre of the park yesterday. Well done Joey.
  21. It wasnt a pop Stevie My prediction about him is that he will be inconsistent as he develops his tactical game.
  22. whoops sorry http://www.bowers-wilkins.com/display.aspx?infid=4571 Cheers Ant, they look lush.
  23. One of his runs went from right to left and he couldnt turn in he just ran in a straight line across the pitch. Still he was very good, should've score though. At least have tested Friedel, shot was weak and straight at him. He also got into space outside the box in the first half and it was set for an easy left foot strike but he didnt have the confidence to try it, shifted it to his right and was closed down. What was great about yesterday that the team with genuine pace and penetration down the wings was us, not them. Our full-backs played an important job in getting that right. Anyone reckon Perch looked a bit better facing Downing than Nani?
