Wayne Rooney declares his intention to walk out on Manchester United
TicTacWoe replied to khay's topic in Newcastle Forum
They'll still get huge money for him if he leave in January, 40 million at least imo. Van der Sar and Neville are almost certainly retiring at the end of the season, Giggs and Scholes soon after, Ferdinand's back has gone, Berbatov, Vidic and Evra are all nearly 30 and might fuck off if they see the dominoes falling. The likes of Marcheda, Hernandez and Smalling had better be fucking awesome or Man U are in serious shit. -
if it wasn't for all the shit surrounding him he'd have an England cap by now imo, such an utter fool for this sort of stuff.

have a feeling there's some truth in this but can't see him being allowed to leave -
totally agree. That is why I posted it. I expected one or two to play it down or even defend it though, but there is really no excuse for it at all. It's of even more concern that this is the sort of mentality they would try and impose on us, because they certainly won't change their ways in the name of "multiculturism and tolerance". Not a chance. I think everyone agrees that the story in the opening post is absolutely abhorrent and horrific.

is it ok to be somewhere in between the "us" and "them" brigades?

and long may it continue

He's partially to blame tbh. Is he fuck, he's inherited a bloody mess and a miniscule transfer budget to boot. Someone reminded me recently that the last 2 players to come through the ranks at Anfield were Gerrard and Carragher - both now into their thirties and without doubt past their best. When you consider the likes of McManaman, Fowler, Owen, etc. came through the ranks in the 90s, you have to question their academy setup. Too many prima donnas have gone through the doors of Anfield in recent years. The only decent players they have are Torres (either not fit or can't be arsed), Gerrard (a shadow of his former self suffering, like Rooney, for fucking up his private life), Carragher (no pace anymore so a sitting duck against a pacy forward) and Reina. I think NUFC are testament to the fact that a decent keeper behind a shit outfield will eventually get pissed off, want out and then where are you? Roy's signings have been awful though, Poulson 4.5 million, Meurelas 14 million, Brad Jones 2.3 million, Konchesky was 4 million plus two promising youngsters to Fulham, Danny Wilson 2 million rising to 5 million, it's not as if he hasn't had any money to spend. Rafa didn't leave a great team but Roy has so far done nothing but make it even more disjointed, I do agree he had a difficult job though.

He's partially to blame tbh. Tevez booked for celebrating with the citeh fans against Blackpool. Aye, despite the mess Rafa left Roy has signed some utter shite in Poulsen, Jovanovic and the likes of Konchesky and Raul Mereilas were not worth the money they spent on them.

I'd put my life on it. Bellamy used to quote me in the press man, and I know you think I'm making that up, I'm not. Not regularly but some players have to have read messageboards, basic curiosity, or in some cases ego would guarentee it. And even if they don't themselves, mates or other players will tell them whats being said occasionally i'd reckon. And remember recently when Keegan said he worried about his relationship being wrecked/tarnished with toon fans because if what was being said on messageboards, whether he read them or was told i don't know, and in this case it wasn't this board coming out with the shite he was worrying about. If I was a player I don't think I could help myself. Wasn't there a lower league player who went onto a board to defend himself? I want to say Leon Knight... but I think that's just confusion. think it was Leon Knight yeah. Didn't a supposed Peter Ramage appear on Tynetalk a few years back (think it was pretty clearly not him if memory serves me right though)

You honestly think you know every single thing about ben arfa because he's french, jesus wept. are you a doctor or something? why would he think that? Parky's not French himself you know, he's basing it on what the doctor said about Cisse being back in 5 months and his break being worse than Barfa. I know he's not french. it's because he lives in france or summat, take a look at all his posts in this thread think he lives in Germany
-
Everton 1 up on Liverpool, Seamus Coleman getting rave reviews yet again, how he can't get into the Ireland team is beyond me.

Fair play Sunderland. Fair play. still Ferry is a Newcastle fan IIRC, or at least has been to a few games over the years
-
Saylor or Simpson in for Perch when fit would be a start, goes without saying that losing Barfa was a right kick in the balls also. Guthrie and Barton in the same team doesn't work.
-
yup, as much as Raylor is pretty shite, he has to come in for Perch now
-
haha where the fuck did that come from

What a load of crap. The blokes done a very good job so far and is getting better all the time. Who do you think Ashley would replace him with? JFK 2 I don't think he should be sacked CT, I like him, just said I can see it happening.
-
anyone else getting the feeling Chrissy Hughton is set for a Christmas bootin'
-
Selling a player that wanted to leave? Bullshit, he was pushed out by Ashley's man Kinear and you know it. Get a clue. Fuck's sake man, everyone involved acknowledged that happened - Kinnear and N'Zogbia particularly. Making yourself look like an absolute mong arguing the opposite. He'd been making noises about leaving long before Kinnear even arrived you clueless twat Precisely - had enough of the fucking joke the club had become under Ashley. Kinnear's actions were the final straw. You're an absolute helmet if you see it any other way... At the time I saw it as just an excuse to engineer a move that he'd been wanting for a long time. I think Kinnears a fuckin' idiot but to suggest that calling him insomnia was what made him decide to move is just naive, to say the least. It was all manner of shite that made NZogbia leave, all of which was created by the club, yes he was a sulk but we did nothing to make him feel welcome and would find any reason not to play him, or stick him at left back to accomodate a useless overpaid Damian Duff on the wing. We could definitely have kept him if we had tried.
-
Soderberg, Routledge, Ryan Taylor, Smith, Ameobi, Kadar, Ranger. Anyone of them could do a better job than James fucking Perch! aye, as much as Raylor is shite he at least could score a goal in theory, maybe it's time to convert Smith into a right back now, eventually we might find a position he's not gash in
-
yeah but our only right backs verging on semi capable are injured
-
to be fair we're always shite against wigan, wouldn't get all doomsday about the season just yet
-
as much as he is an almighty sulk he should never have been allowed to leave, oh well at least we got Raylor out of the deal
