  11. so gutted I need some comfort food.
  12. Ok here it is. The nutritional box under that big headline "Goodbye salt, hello flavour" simply says at the top of it "Jacket Potato with Tomato Ketchup flavour" and then lists the values I posted earlier. There is no mention that this is just for the sauce. That other nutritional box in the lower right hand corner has the real info in. But why list them seperately ? Why not state ones for the sauce? Why put the low one in a position that of course will be read first? Do they really expect any crisp muncher to continue reading after that good news? Meezners rule of plum is of course one I will take with me from now on.
  13. She didnt like them it was all me.
  14. Being eating them like Billyo all week as well.
  15. Fuckity fuck fuck They are so misleadingly labelled (now that you've pointed it out), it is unreal.
  16. Truly up there with the great discoveries of our time.
  17. Aye, the mrs and I thought it couldnt be right, but I have the packet here and thats what it says. Gutted if it turns out to be a labelling error. energy 17kcal protein 0.2g carbs 3.7g fat 0.2g fibre0.1g sodium trace
  18. Not cooking but...... Seabrooke have launches a new range of crisps called "Goodbye Salt, Hello Flavour". They have 90% less salt than normal crisps. More important / incredibly for any healthy eaters / dieters who like crisps, they are only 17 cals a packet (and their big normal size packets). Compare that to a packet of walkers etc that are well over 100 cals. Quite a find. Currently munching through a packet of Jacket potato and Tomato sauce flavour.
  19. You right, it stops at 10mph. That bloke must look like Billy Whizz as he goes past.
  20. How did your mile race go? Well. He won't be recording his time until tonight, cos he runs outside. We've agreed to abide by the results of the Nike + runtracker thing. So according to the treadmill I took 7mins 24s. According to Nike + I took 8mins 18s. I would assume the treadmill is right, but rules is rules! Just had a google and the world record is 3 mins 43 ffs http://www.buzzle.com/articles/average-tim...run-a-mile.html We were talking about that today. That's an average speed of over 15mph! It's insane that someone runs that fast for that long! It's basically a sprint! Might stick 15mph on the treadmill at tonight session and see what it looks like.
  21. Having a peruse through my newly acquired Classic Balti recipe book and a few of the ingredients are items such as.... White cumin seeds Crushed dried red chillies Mixed onion seeds Mustard seeds Fenugreek seeds Are these the sort of things that I will find in the local Asda or do you need to visit a specialist food shop?
