  1. Jonas is playing, right? He looks lost without best pal Enrique...
  2. I've missed this. (Whether I will still be saying this on the 90th minute...)
  3. Just seen the highlights of the 4-4 game. Still sends shivers down my spine. I will miss Barton when he goes...
  4. Looks like Given had a brilliant game for Villa today.
  5. No Vuckic or Abeid on the bench, which is interesting. Both of them had decent pre-seasons. Sammy Am is there, though..
  6. Nolan scores for West Ham. Anyone know if he did the chicken celebration?
  7. To be fair, no one really voted for the Government we have at the minute. But that said, I don't think there is anything political about it. Obviously something kicked off somewhere which was the turning point for a lot of disillusioned youth. They don't care about trashing their communities because they don't have a sense of community, and even though it is wrong to riot, we still have to ask why these youths think it is okay to do it. I mean, now people are getting involved because their might be a chance of them getting some new clothes or a new TV or something. Capitalism is the elephant in the room here (heh) Will re-post something I saw on Facebook:
  8. http://photoshoplooter.tumblr.com/ Enjoy.
  9. A few people are tweeting that there is trouble on Cowley Road, Oxford, but after a brief walk up and down there it is all bullshit. Not entirely sure I believe the stories of more than one Oxford building being on fire, although I am 99% certain that at least one Tesco store was set alight. Will investigate tomorrow...
  10. "Oh muuuuuum! So unfair!" Hah. Had an (admittedly quite drunk) friend with a car nearby who was so game to go buy. Was very tempted to stop by mine and get my camera before heading into town. Yeah get camera make myself a sitting target - Check. To be fair, it is probably the left wing, tesco-hating, anarchists using it all as an excuse to attack the store. Would just be worried if the chavs started to get involved, because the majority of them are based around where I'm living.

  12. Apparently the Tesco in Oxford was set alight this evening. Was meant to be going out in Oxford but got told to stay at home.
  13. Sort of get the impression that Pardew is now just ringing round the top clubs asking if they have anyone they want to offload. Not that that is too bad a tactic, mind, it just depends who we will end up with when the window shuts.
  14. For no other reason than he is an old FM wonderkid, I am a little excited to see what he can do with a good run of first team games...
  15. I think I've royally fucked it up anyway but it's no bother. Tried moving everything over and it did work, but then when I logged out and and tried to log into the same account it would load up a temporary account which wouldn't save stuff when I logged out again. So then I go to delete the account but keep the files, but for some reason the files didn't save and were thus deleted. Luckily I have most of my stuff backed up on online drives/ipods/e.t.c. so it isn't too much of an issue. Think I will just keep things like pictures/documents/downloads e.t.c. in a user file on the D: drive, which should mean I'm not moving anything over that will stop things working.
  16. AFAIK it is just one single hard drive split into two partitions. I will try copying everything over first and see if I have any problems, but like you say, if there are any then it is probably just a case of telling the program where the documents it's looking for are now kept.
  17. For some reason, my computer's drives are split up into C: and D:. C: has all the windows stuff on whilst D: originally had nothing. Now slowly my C: is getting full with my documents and program files and whatever. If I were to move all them over to my D: drive how many problems would that create? I mean, I know it would take ages, but lets say if I were to start up Football Manager, would it still be looking for files in C:/Program Files/SI/Football Manager or would it automatically guess that they are now in D:/Program Files/SI/Football Manager? Also if I were to just have windows stuff on my C: partition, would that mean I would be able to reinstall windows without losing any data?
  18. My current landlord barely speaks a word of English, and in fact all communications between us and him are through his daughter. God knows how he managed to come over here and buy all these properties to rent out, because despite it being his name on all the contracts there is not a chance in hell he understands what he is signing.
