  1. I saw a stat on Twitter the other day which made me chuckle. 55% of postives tests by UKAD are from Rugby. Funny how cycling gets such a bad name. Ill have a listen of that anyways HF, cheers.
  2. Nah he seemed ok. The Cat 4 at 157km could be a factor. Lotto & Cannondale could easily hit it with some pace and try and drop him. Greipel and Sagan are both decent climbers for sprinters. But that depends also on yesterday. It was full on for the whole stage yesterday and mentally and physically it will have drained them. Could also be a day for the breakaway for that reason. I will think Nibbles will try and lose the yellow soon too which is also another reason why the breakaway could succeed. But, I suspect that will be tomorrow where there is a Cat 4 closer to the finish.
  3. Also made me laugh on Tuesday. Met a mate of mine and some of his colleagues to going out on the MTB. We climbed a section of Bridleway and goto a road. A couple of us were waiting for the rest and one of the lads suddenly said "Look at this bell end, where does he think he's going? A pro race look at him" It was Josh Edmonson from Team Sky Made me laugh anyways
  4. For me, to get that skiiny like the Dawg and Wiggins without losing power you're on something. I like Thomas, gutsy rider.
  5. Well what a few days at the Tour. Yesterday just highlighted whata complete twat Brailsford is. He gave his best two cobbled doms to Porte and left the 'leader' of his team down to riders who dont ride the cobbles, that shows what faith he had in Froome yesterday. I am far from a Froome / Sky fan, but it was sad to see the Dawg climb off his bike yesterday and into the car. It did make me chuckle at the bell ends on Twitter going on about Wiggis would have bossed the Cobbles. Fuck me.......He gets on 9th place at Paris Roubaix in the dry and with no cross winds and all of a sudden he is fucking Boonen. What about Thomas you Sky loving bell ends? He was there and finished fucking 7th at PR isnt that enough? The Dutch doms BOSSED the stage yesterday, fucking BOSSED it. Westra was amazing for Nibbles and my £2 @ 75/1 on Boom tasted sweet It was an absolute epic stage and Nibbles was great. He is having a great Tour so far. Today is another Kittel stage. OPQS and Lotto need to try something else, they need to stop pulling with 5/4km to go and let Giant do some graft. If Kittel is there with 2km to go, nobody can challenge the lad at all IMO. My thoughts on the previous weekend. Amazing. Yorkshire looked beautiful, it was rammed, several gimps taking pictures at the wrong time, but still an amazing sight. I am gutted that Cav is out, it showed how much he wanted that stage, but to see him out fully is sad. He is the only one who can challenge Kittel at the moment. Greipel seems to be too far off, which is pants considering his form coming into the Tour. I was dissapointed with the sh!t breakway on the days, but the finishes in Yorkshire were exciting (I had Nibs at 60/1 into Sheffield too ) The London stage was a snooze fest. With Bertie dropping time on GC yesterday its made the mountains that more interesting. He will need to attack. He is off the top 10 at the moment, but I am confident he will pull that back. He came into the Tour with the best form out of the GC boys. If Porte gets a podium spot I will hunt down Brailsford and tell the cunt to confess because he has been shite all season! Podium for me Bertie Nibbles Kwiatkowski Anyways, my two penneth for now
  6. Champion that mate. I had it and still have it. I went several years with nothing and last year or so with a stressful workload and moving etc it casued it to come back. I had several months of having sezuires every other day or so, including one day where I had 3 in one day. Its stressful and very sapping on your energy. Things are improving and I have not had a sezuire for a couple of months now. Its one of the reasons why I cut down my activity on here. Glad your daughters prospects are looking well mate. Fingers crossed
  7. Isnt there a Toontastic Strava club?
  8. I went to this Tooj this year. Amazing weekend. If you enjoy cycling and a pint get yourself on the Ferry and to Belgium for this. Is more or less a national holiday in Flanders. People smashed at 9am on the Kwarmont waiting for it all. We did a ride on the Thursday and saw a load of pro's out doing recons of sections including the womens winner Ellen Van Dijk and Lizzie Armitstead. We sat on the Kwarmont to watch the Men come up it 3 times and the women once. The first time the blokes came up it local lad Scott Thwaites was on the front so was really great to see, he saw us and aknowledged us which was great. The hotel we stayed in had AG2R, Movistar, Belkin and FDJ staying in which was great for someone obssessed with cycling like me
  9. Me, had two of them. Canny German bikes and good value for money.
  10. Bread clips and lollypop sticks, ah they bring back memories. Spokley Dokleys too
  11. Canny purchase lad. Had a couple Defys myself, decent price for the kit and will last you well.
  12. Nope Not allowed to train with any squads, or use their facilities / coaching staff. He also is banned from all Stadia too. Its only 9 domestic matches. Got off very lightly IMO.
  13. I have the following: 1 Chelsea 38 27 6 5 73 25 87 +48 2 Man City 38 27 5 6 100 35 86 +65 3 Liverpool 38 27 5 6 106 44 86 +62 4 Arsenal 38 24 7 7 68 41 79 +27 I think the main banana skin for Liverpool is Palace. Playing v well at the moment. Pullis is someone I aint a fan of given his awful football at Stoke, but he's done a cracking job at Palace and IMO manager of the season.
  14. Debuchy IMO was ok defence-wise against Baines. What I wasnt impressed with was his counter attacking. The inability of controlling a simple pass to him. A basic skill!
  15. Without a doubt. Funny how Sky have a load of cyclists with rare blood disorders. Anyways, thats for another thread! Sissoko was utter shite, Anita was poor IMO, but I see some people on here thought he was ok. I thought he was lightweight and wasteful. The second half was a combo of Everton taking their foot off the gas and us having a bollocking / putting on Cabaye and getting a better balance. Where do we go from here? Seriously. We seem so disjointed and poor and wasteful.
  16. Now that was laughable too. Although with the news of JTL from Sky having dodgy blood values, the Froome Dawg has shit his pants and done a runner before he is found out he is doped The football now though, what a laugh.
  17. This is the first time I have posted in here for a long time. After that display though I dont think I have anywhere else to express my rage. It's the first time I have really sat down to watch a game of football for a long time. Fuck me, its finished. Seriously. A player hardly has an opportunity to touch someone. They were talking about no video ref's because it slow's the pace of the games, what about all the lads rolling about for knack all ruining it, slowing the time down. Honestly, we have gone from blokes playing to a bunch of faggots. Last night it was laughable. Debauchy, does he know how to control a ball? Everytime in the second half we hit Everton on the counter the ball was played into his feet he would f@ck up.
  18. Wigan's final game of the season is v Villa too. They have Man City and Arsenal to play, hopefully they smash them.
  19. I think we will survive by 2 points with Wigan, QPR & Reading down.
  20. We were never really under pressure from Benfica but the football was awful, it was like watching Stoke. Anita didn't have a clue, long ball, fail, long ball, fail, repeat.
  21. He should be doing that anyways. Geeing people up man. Why does he need to be told to do that?
