Where you flying from & to Cat? We went to NYC in December and went via Dublin, did the customs stuff in Dublin and walked out in JFK with no issue at all. I know people who have had hours of waiting in the states in customs by going direct.

Devastated The early season cycle reliability rides are in flow. The Otley one which is very local to me was yesterday. Anyways, heard rumors on the return leg of an accident. Found out this morning a lad who I know and have ridden with, raced with and shared a coffee with, was killed yesterday. I like Tignes. A few of my mates cant stand the place, but the runs are mega IMO.

It was a shit hole. I stayed at 1800. The link over to La Plagne was down due to maintenance. If that was up, I think it would have been better. Les Arcs 1950 / 2000 is stunning though. It was great having a beer there with the people skiing through the village.

Been to Meribel 5 or 6 times and Coucherval a similar amount. Superb area. Went to Les Arcs and thought it was shit so hired a car and spent a couple of days in Meribel
