I was in borders in leeds today and the escalator was broke. Anyway I saw a women struggle with her pushchair on the stairs. Im getting really fed up with peoples lack of manners and politeness. Its mainly at work, a simple opening of doors, I have always been brought up to say thank you. Is it hard to do that?
