2. A man is in a bar, and has had far to much drink. His vision is so blurred he can barely see the person sitting next to him. He leans over and says to the stranger "Do you want to hear a blonde joke?" "Listen mate," replies a harsh female voice. "I'm the women's world weightlifting champion, and I'm blonde. My two friends here are the female all-in wrestling and female heavyweight boxing champions. They're also both blonde. Now, think again, do you really want to tell this joke?" The drunk assimilates all this information, thinks about it for a second, then shakes his head. "Not if I'm gonna have to explain it three times!"
3. Saw V for Vendetta last night - I was pretty impressed. Very topical with the theme of a government using the threat of terrorism to take away civil liberties.
4. Rodrigo y Gabriela. Great stuff, especially the cover of Stairway to Heaven.
5. Have you seen Identity? 105637 Not to mention 'Pushing Tin'.

Firefox help

The other day I tried to open Firefox but it wouldn't let me, it made me change my profile first. Now I'm using the new profile, which is annoying because all my favourites and stuff are with the old default one. Anyone know how I can switch back to the old profile?
7. I haven't watched a film for a while but my friends watched Hotel Rwanda with the volume turned up dead loud in the next room. Had to play music when I went to bed to prevent me having nightmares. They're a couple as well, quite why they wanted to watch such a film on Valentine's is a question for which I'd rather not know the answer.
8. I think I did the first time I saw it. But no laughing, cos I'm hard as nails and will kick your arse.
9. There y'are, Luke - I've posted it for you.. 93354 Rumbled.
10. imageshack won't work for me, can one of you kind fellows host it for me?
11. Walk the Line - great, Joaquin Phoenix becomes Johnny Cash.
12. If you like it so much, then why don't you live there - see how you like it.
13. There was an item on Richard & Judy yesterday about how flying is MORE dangerous than driving.
14. Rob, that's bullshit. Nice to know you haven't paid any notice to what I've said in this or other threads. I am way to the left of the political spectrum and have often stated I am against capital punishment, or draconian measures such as castration, mutilation foe criminals etc. I tend to agree with LM on football matters only. However, that doesn't mean I think the police should stand by and let these people get away with these "protests", and I'm sure the majority of sane people agree. Recently, your posts have been abysmal to be honest. For starters, you refuse to admit you are wrong on factual matters when you have been shown to be quite clearly, citing your extensive personal knowledge and experience over studies published by experts ffs. Then there is this thread; you back track so much it is actually impossible to know what you believe, and you demonstrate clearly you have a defective memory. And that's not to mention coming out with obvious bull shit like Syrians aren't muslims. What do you actually believe in Rob? 89898 I get the impression he's trying to hang on to his leftist tendancies and doesn't want to believe that these muslims are up to no good. It's an easy trap to fall into, particularly when you think of all the times he's argued (correctly IMO) before with Leazes et al on similar matters. In view of your comment below.....it would appear rather than think Rob was previously right, you are now admitting that I was, certainly your condemnation of this mob in question is what I have been saying for a while would happen, and this is just the start. It appears wrong to you then. I've agreed with Rob on the many occasions before that he's protested against your 'round em up and send em back' posts. What do you propose to do, tell them they are naughty boys ? Firm action needed mate, the sooner the better. Out they go, no messing. 89917 On this occasion I agree with you, firm action is needed. Although I worry about who you mean by 'them'.

I'm a Guardian reading/sandal wearing/all-bran eating as they come but I'm not going to let the paranoia of being racist from stopping me criticising or condemming these Muslims, be they extremists who burn flags and spout antisemitic filth or the more moderate ones who make pathetic attempts at condeming or apologising for them. I hate to make generalisations but not enough is being done to show that these people are a minority.
16. People dying over cartoons, fucking bananas. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/4684652.stmu/
17. This is completely over the top, and considering the anti-semitic views being thrown around by some quite hypocritical as well.
18. The creme de la creme of bad taste jokes: Two men are in a pub. "I could have sex with any woman in this room if I wanted to" says the first. "Really?" says his friend. "How come?" "I'm a rapist".
19. Revolver should be nailed on for worst film.
20. I understood the first time. My point was you are much more likely to DIE in a car crash, not just be involved in one.
21. Not sure I follow. It's a fact you're more likely to drive on the way to the airport than on the flight itself (especially in some foreign countries), but that doesn't help people who have developed phobias much, unfortunately, no matter how much you tell yourself it. 86035 I don't think I'd ever drive on the flight myself tbh Anyway, the point I'm making is that if you're in a car crash, you're statistically more likely to survive than if you were in a plane crash. 86037 Car crashes are so much more common that you are more likely to die in one of them than in a plane crash anyway, so it's not a misleading statistic as some people think.
