  1. Use an ISP email account. And if you don't have one? ah. Now you have hit on the snag you could purchase a @toontastic.net email account
  2. I thought thats what its all about. That was why I queued for 3 hours to take my £23.46 out.
  3. NSG hasn't broken a forum rule. Agree or disagree? Not my decision, I am a moderator, not an admin. They wont even let me in to the admin forum, boo hoo hoo. I'd always thought you werent going anywhere near any forum that I used?
  4. surely you should get more points for not going during a boycott? These people laid the foundations for the end of McKeag?
  5. Arsehole eh? Nice one. You fat sweaty drama queen. To be honest, this thread needs locking. All it's done is given a load of dicks a chance to have a snipe at people, some of whom haven't even posted in the thread. tbh Ive thought about it however Im fairly sure that if we do then its not going to help any situation. Smogs got a grievance and no way of airing it except here. If I lock it then its probable another dozen are going to start up (especially as NO seems to be down at the mo) elsewhere on this board so it would probably be counterproductive. Plus, so far theres no breaking of our rules, we wont stand for any kind of TT v NO fight but until then its just a couple of people having an internet handbags argument.
  6. reet thats it you're all fucking banned!
  7. but I thought the clowns had gone ? And they were the only clowns in the world ? Anyway PP, are you forgetting the real reason the reserves was disbanded ? Do you know ? Do you also know that at Fulham he started a new youth programme ..... so whatever happened, he learned from mistakes and certainly doesn't think this now ? I don't think this is any bigger a gamble than most other alternatives, and is a far better choice than some of the absolute doughnuts who we could end up with ie McLaren to name one. When I refer to clowns I didnt mean the board (after all Coco didnt get a look in with the last lot ) I was referring to some of the players, Barton, Geremi, Shola, Carr to name but 4. To be honest I cant remember the real reason re the reserves but whatever it is, be it Isegrims answer or another I cant see how anyone who had been a top professional footballer could ever see the sense in doing away with the only means a player had to fight for a position or to become match fit and force their way into the first team. I agree totally that Id prefer the Keegan/ Shearer partnership to the likes of McLaren and a number of others but then again Id prefer someone with a proven track record rather than clinging onto the shirttails of the past. A proven successful management record is something neither of those have. Hand on heart, could you scream for their resignation if they made the type of decisions the last few have, if Bellamy was still here and had the same bust up with Shearer would you stick up for him LM or would you decide KK/AS were always right? When KK plays Smith in midfield and continues to pick Carr will people sing "you dont know what you're doing" or will we blindly follow them? More worryingly, if things dont quite go to plan and we're languishing near the bottom 3 will KK up sticks and go? mouthing off about brochures? Or as last time will he fuck off should we murder the likes of Spurs 7-1? Dont get me wrong, I love both of those for the legends that they are but I hope Im not blinded by sentimentality and sheer blind faith in the past.
  8. Am I the only one who remembers the fact he disbanded the reserves and became totally obsessed with stopping people setting foot on the turf? The reserves decision was one of sheer lunacy tbh. Now the bloke runs a circus, yep he'll fit in perfectly with the clowns we already have.
  9. I especially liked this little comment: "he he lets all laugh at the carry on team at sid james park we,ve won 2 out of our last 3 prem games how many the bar codes won hee hee poor derby bottom and only got 7 points and over half of them came from the mag muppets enjoy the championship" woooowooooooh let the good times roll!!! ;)
  10. aye nostalgia, it aint what it used to be
  11. so paying off the ridiculous debts isnt a good start? as for sacking the manager half way through the season when were heading towards the bottom well do you realistically think we were going in any other direction under the fat man? As for being raped yesterday, we would have been anyway and frankly I reckon it could have been more. No, for me hes only made two mistakes so far, the first being to not go with his gut and boot Sam out on day 1 and secondly as HF said "that fucking advert on the Gallowgate", I'll excuse him that if he gets us on the right track.
  12. Ive bumped this for those that dont go on General who may or may not read the SMB
  13. After having read the bit in the SMB thread I feel its only right to create a new thread to a Sunderland fan who could be an inspiration to us all. http://www.readytogo.net/blogs/hazey/ Rivalry means nowt at times like this RIP
  14. and the ghost of Big Sam lives on
  15. Look Jose we've always wanted you and think you're the 2nd best person to manage us just behind *coughs* Redknapp.
  16. I guess 20k of us would say "yeah thats fine, Im happy with that" however the other near 30k+ that go week in week out many not be so chuffed with that concept. What Im saying is I couldnt give a shit how many turn up as long as Im one of them, our gates are irrelevant to us, its purely that we're proud of the fact we manage so many for the lesser club that we probably rightly are these days while other clubs in the same position as us (ie one club one town/city such as Blackburn, Boro etc) have thousands of empty seats week in week out regardless of how well they're doing. Take Boro (spits) as an example, they are runners up in UEFA cup yet still have huge swathes of empty red seats for their first game of the following season, tragic tbh
  17. Im with Mancy on this one, frankly the whole things bollocks. Shearer is an ambassador for this club he spends half his time there and is obviously close to Mort and Ashley so why all this undercover shite. If they wanted him to take the job then he should have been asked and appointed before Allardyces arse was even out the door so its obvious that hes not first choice. He should already know that and should now be backing the club by issuing statements to that fact. But hes the great Alan Shearer first choice for all things Geordie, son of a sheet metal worker, lives on Stottie n Pease Pudding, drinks Broon Ale for breakfast and is black n white through n through (apart from when it suits the Shearer media machine). I'll say now that I dont see Al as being the saviour but I do believe as many others do that until he gets it we will be in a permanent state of limbo, no manager will feel safe in their job knowing the messiah is waiting to step in and I believe that his influence at this club is preventing us obtaining the services of some really big name managers.
