There'll be more Newcastle fans there without tickets than with tickets. 5under1and fans reckon they had 6 to 7,000 there and the bars were packed while watching the match Each to their own like but I couldn't be fucked with a 6 hour round trip and 50 quid or whatever on trains if I didn't get to see the game! 70 quid for bus down Friday at 9am and back on Sunday and hotel for Friday and Saturday

Blackpool The Manchester Central Pier and refurbished 'One Eleven' Bar upstairs with foreign tv
-
The Manchester (bar) in Blackpool [231-233, Promenade, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 6AH][Corner of Promenade and Lytham Road, near Central Pier] is supposed to be the best place to go before the match Head to the North Pier to start with if you get there for opening time (9am). Was a good laugh there last time in the Merrie England before we walked the Promenade hitting the bars up to the ground, The Manchester was closest to the ground and was bouncing.

There's a good bar upstairs directly opposite Central Pier (used to be called One Eleven but has just been refurbished) that shows the matches on foreign tv on big screens for anyone without a ticket. It's on the corner of Chapel Street and Promenade and isn't too far away from the stadium.

Why is Carroll wearing number 29? Thought he was given number 9?

As much as it pains me to admit it, the mackems shirt is actually quite a nice design, cheapened by having Tombola plastered on the front of it but as far as the template goes I quite like it. too much red, not enough black for me

'Concession Corner'

QFT. Definately knew he was offside. He wouldn't have snatched at the shot as soon as he heard the whistle if he didn't hear it.

Ant__M Ant @jack_wilshere You are one winging little bollocks, and shouldn't you be deleting the comment about the ref like previous moans #mong couldn't resist he's such a prick Makes you look a bit weird that mind Ant. His comment is pretty neutral and perfectly fair. Shocking decision to send van Persie off, there was 1 second between the whistle and him hitting the ball according to Sky. he does it every time they lose and then deletes it 10mins later, so not wierd at all, and van persies sending off had little impact on the fact they lost tbh. You sure about that one? http://twitter.com/OptaJose/statuses/45239348102311936 http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport...ene-Wenger.html

Nike bought Umbro in 2008. At the same time Umbro started to make the retro style kits (England, Man City) everyone loves, not too disimilair to Nike shirts (Brazil, New Zealand, Arsenal) Before Nike After Nike

As predicted, slagging the referee off again.

Liverpool at home in either 86, 87 or 88. I was either 3, 4 or 5.

+1 I'd even rather play Perch for this fixture. SERIOUSLY?
