  1. You sure you don't mean http://en.wikipedia....ght_(TV_series) ? I was going to say was it Moonlight! I liked that series.
  2. Aww that part about the Seal broke my heart
  3. I put my dressing gown on...we are posh here in Torquay Though many years ago I did answer the door in just a towel and because i was concentrating on pulling it up around my chest, i forgot it wasnt a very wide towel
  4. I must be Neanderthal to support the Toon Yes I knew about that jawbone thing. Very interesting. I actually live just up the road from Kents Cavern. Not keen on going underground though! Bit used to take my son there every Christmas for a trip down the caves to see the elves and Santa! Euphemism shirley? Behave!
  5. Me too, even though I was really ill last year, I didnt resort to that despite nearly losing my sanity You're right though, your dizziness shouldnt be happening, I've begun to live around it ...which is daft! I think the Eustachian tube runs from the back of the nose to the middle ear. But normally problems with that cause ear pain and muffled hearing. Though having just read up about it, early problems can cause popping or clicking sounds! You are certainly very special Bianca

  7. that's just plain lazy What is? Ordering my shopping online?! Well yeah i do feel a bit lazy doing it (its a recent thing for me) but I HATE food shopping and as I buy more or less the same things each time its getting boring, and wastes a lot of my time going to the shop, plus its normally so busy there. So its way easier to order it! But I'm not lazy, i work full time and I'm always on the bloody go!
  8. Another question Bianca...Did you ever find out why you were having dizzy spells? Or are you still getting them? I just wandered cos for the last 3 months I've been feeling sort of dizzy, not the room spinning round like, but sort of a 'swimmey head' (if that makes any sense)!! My doc doesnt know why...I've had my ears syringed, sorted my BP out as it was a little high (though that was unlikely to be the cause) now its perfect but I still get dizzy spells. Especially if I am on my feet for a long while, it goes once I've sat down for a while! I am so sick of it. Doc even did more Blood tests, as I've had a couple of feeling faint moments too but all was fine except my Thyroid results were borderline. He will check that again in 3 months. Maybe its just something I have to put up with Anyhow I'm glad you are ok. (and very brave)
  9. A new one...Sainsburys delivery drivers arriving half an hour before the time slot that I've chosen Why bother to have times to choose from if they arrive early and make you have to rush out of the shower and look a complete flustered idiot at the front door!
  10. So that we can annoy our partners. Well I certainly annoyed mine last night I'm beginning to think the cough I have is a side effect of the meds I take as I've had it for over two weeks now. It's to get rid of the spiders that crawl down your throat as you sleep I don't like you anymore
  11. Can't stop looking at the prem table
  12. Can't help you, Bev. I don't do nuts at all. Interpret that as you will I think "disappointing" covers all permutations. HeHe I'm also making treacle flap jack and a victoria sponge, but those are easy to do.

  14. Bloody hell Bianca I'm glad you are ok, how lucky that they found the problem in the first place! I wouldnt have fancied that being done under a local either, though I suppose recovery is much quicker. Take it easy sweetie. xx
  15. I will soon be making or attempting to make a Coffee and Walnut cake for a Bonfire night party. Have any of you made one? I havent, so I expect it will go bloody wrong
  16. Mind, If Josh knocked on my door he'd get a very special treat Filthy girl! How could you think I meant anything norty Cath?!

  18. Not one knock at our door either....the kids can't get in the gates
  19. Quite rightly Massa got the penalty this time. Clearly looked in his mirrors and would have seen Hamilton yet still cut for the apex. I'm convinced Massa applied the thought that "it's Lewis so he'll get penalised again" before making the move. BTW - where are all those people (not necessarily from TT I hasten to add) who reckoned Button was crazy to go to McLaren as he'd be absolutely destroyed by Hamilton? Not saying much now, are they? If anything it's the other way around. Button has mentally got stronger, Hamilton weaker. Jenson clearly 'best of the rest' this season. I can't remember exactly what I said about Jenson going to McLaren, but I'm sure I wasnt for it! I was so chuffed Jenson had won the Championship and wanted nothing to change! But I am so impressed with him and the team (though I am a massive McLaren fan anyway) But I did feel it was Lewis' team all the way. But things have changed, clearly Lewis is the naturally 'faster' driver and can normally drive the car quick, regardless of set up.....driving around problems. Whereas Jenson needs the car to feel right for him. But I reckon Jensons feedback on what the car is doing is so good that gradually the car is becoming more suited to him. The team clearly love him, he is confident and happy in his life and it shows. Whereas Lewis seems to have all sorts going on and is clearly not a happy bunny right now. I reckon Lewis needs his Dad back at his side, where he's always been.
  20. As its a Monday, i will be working tonight. But I love this time of year, especially Nov 5th. And Christmas not far off. I'm definitely an Autumn/winter person. Edit The Halloween Logo by Google is very good today.
  21. Me too, I always try and see a second one!
