For the racing and birds of course? .nearly For racing and to use when we're out walking. We live right on the coast and last night as we walked there were as usual quite a few ships in the bay, one of them was a beautiful Galleon. I wished I had some Binoculars to have a good peek at it!

To add to your Gloom, Dr Gloom...My hubby gave up nearly 15 years ago and STILL often fancies a cig! He never has though and I doubt he ever will but especially when he having a pint he wants one. He gave up the day he saw his Dad in hosp after a triple heart bypass. On the bright side I gave up 8 months ago and rarely think about it now. The only time I get a pang for one is when Im out with friends maybe sat in a beer garden having a glass of wine or enjoying a cappuccino and theyre all smoking....but its just that, a momentary pang. I smoked very littlle in the few years before I stopped, maybe that has something to do with it. The first couple of months I used a Nicorette inhalator occassionally but I barely use that now.

This arrived earlier, I swear the box was so light I thought it was empty!! My son just ordered it as he is starting racing soon on circuits such as Brands Hatch instead of short oval racing. His helmet obviously had to be upgraded, this one worked out about £470 I think (thats inc the HANS posts) The HANS device isnt a requirement yet in the series my son will be doing, but he is going to get one anyway. You cant put a price on your head and neck can you?! Definitely a strong contender, though I'd put Robert Plant , Steven Tyler and Ian Gillan in there too. What no ginger Josh? Ahh dont start me on all of that mans attributes! I love Josh's voice, as I do Bono's. But here we're talking about the ultimate ROCK voice. I rekon Robert Plant, in his day was the best.

It says coffee but the wrapper clearly shows it was strawberry, orange, raspberry, lemon, pineapple. Exactly! My earlier guess at the five flavours was pretty good, though I'm sure there was a lime. Maybe it was lemon and lime Ps, thanks Trophyshy, I think I'll order some OJ.

He's wrong. They were lush! Ahh thank you Meenz. I couldnt have imagined them. I want one now though. Discontinued in 1992 apparently. Scandalous. I was hoping they still made them Im trying to remember the flavours...Orange? Strawberry or Raspberry. Lemon? Pineapple? Definitely Lime, as that was my favourite! Gutted they dont make them now. I think I vaguely remember Nutty Bars...but wouldnt have liked them as not mad on peanuts. I used to love the Milk Tray Bar. And Toffee and Mallow eggs, scrummy!!!!!!

I bought a Frys chcoclate cream bar today and an Orange cream. Does anyone remember one called Frys Five Centres? Along the same lines as a chocolate cream, but each two squares were a different flavour. My hubby said there was no such thing!

Yeah I know we should never have been in the Championship and have only righted a wrong. But all the same its great for me to see both my beloved teams top of ANY table!! Torquay went up last year and looked like they may go straight back down, but got it together the last couple of months with an awesome run, I'm chuffed to bits!
