  1. You mentioned Nobby and Bellamy so you might as well Busted!!
  2. Always admired Zola, a really decent person all round I rekon...and what a player he was. Then theres Bullard. Cottee. Rodney Jack (Ex Torquay) Leroy Rosenior. Have to mention Nobby as he is/was the ultimate pro. (Him and Zola being THE best imports) Dont care who shoots me down but I like Bellars, always have. Great fight and spirit. Loads more i cant even think of right now. Course, Shearer is my very very favourite but we cant mention NUFC connections can we?
  3. Still with us Fish.... Damn it Craig, you beat me to it! Plato is my favourite touring cars driver plus he is sooooo hot too
  4. I will always follow F1, but it saddens me that its so processional atm. I enjoy the BTCC much more...cant wait for that to start, come on Platooooooooo But for pure driving ability and complete 'remove brain before racing' excitemnt, you cant beat rallying.
  5. Yess, good one. I'd add Steve Irwin...it was absolutely shocking to me that someone so vibrant, with such a passion for life died so young...and so unecessarily too.
  6. ....from the dead? Whilst watching the GP coverage the other day, there were several shots of Bruno Senna with his helmet on and visor up. He looked so like his uncle, it was quite eery and bought a pang to my heart I wish Ayrton was still around. Made me think..if you had the chance who would you bring back to life? ...and at the same age they were when they passed away. 'Real life' I'd wish for my mum back who died when I was just 13. I'd love to actually get to know her. I'd also wish for my Dad back who passed away about 18 months ago. Then of course Senna...I wonder what he'd be doing now? I guess he'd be about 50. Thats hard to believe
  7. Perhaps 'despise' is abit strong but I don't like... Steve Claridge Lawro Collymore Motty Merson Ronaldo Steve McClaren Loads more..... But I do DESPISE Souness
  8. My god, the thought of finding that in my xmas stocking is my idea of a nightmare! I'd rather clean out the bath plug hole than go see her
  9. Me too, I thought that during the qualifying coverage...bought a lump to my throat Its just those eyes with the helmet on that does it.
  10. Loved all the shows, the build up was great....BBC coverage second to none but the race itself? What a great big let down
  11. This new trend of growing your own veggies is excellent and all that but its nothing new dowh ere in Devon Having an allotment or a plot is nothing new. We had a huge garden where I grew up and had chickens, pigeons, a large greenhouse, a huge pear tree and grew loads of veggies.
