He's looked an absolute shambles in the games I've seen, but in a way I think he stands for all the other players who aren't doing well the moment. He hasn't always been this bad, so yes, I think he would improve given better coaching. What I don't get is that last season, he at least showed he's got a lot of pace for a central defender, that seems to have gone as well.
