Got there at 9.00am as agreed, only to be made to wait 40 fucking minutes before anyone could see me, and then????!! THEN they tell me that "Martin" hadn't put the appointment in the diary so I wasn't booked in for the day, and the parts hadn't been ordered. So, basically now I am on the warpath.
