Wouldn't hold my breath for us winning that one, even if it still existed. Since when has it not existed? I wasn't sure either way as I think it's been a few years since an English team got it. I think Villa won it last year iirc, though then obviously didn't win the lottery to see which countries actually get the spot. I still think if your runner up against an already european qualified team u get into europe, not sure like.
