Haven't seen it and can't stand the monarchy. But what I find even more shocking is there are 238 people richer than Charlie boy in the UK alone. I can't stand the monarchy and it's been decent watch so far, the missus is a bit monarchy friendly without being total batshit and she was in a bit of a huff with me anyway so I put it on and after half an hour she went to bed.

An interesting enough watch but my god that woman’s twitching face is pure stress inducing. No idea if she has some real life issue or if it was just over acting.

 

She had a bit of it in Homeland but nothing like this.

I stopped watching Homeland cos I couldn't watch her having a 24/7 panic attack every episode. So IMAGINE MY DELIGHT when she pulled the same shit in this one.

i'm a couple of episodes in and am enjoying it so far. i was wondering if danes gets typecast because she's playing exactly the same anxious character she did in homeland but then i haven't seen here in anything else.

finished malice. it was alright. watchable enough but not exactly original. i also struggled to take whitehall seriously in his role. 5.5/10

Lowdown

 

One of the best things Ive seen all year, proper southern noir, straight out of the Coen brothers playbook

Ethan Hawke was born to play the lead in this and the support cast are all magnificent

Its also hilarious, not a wasted line

 

And bonus Killer Mike as underground newspaper owner
