It binds no responsibility on a site who link a video as they are merely linking through to something that is hosted elsewhere. Some mods/admins really need to read up on copyright law... Trouble is, if you take that stance you'll ban almost everybody and destroy your userbase. It's an embarrassment to the club. Seriously if you were in a pub and asked them 10 basic questions about NUFC, would be a fuckin struggle for a lot of them. Every club has the same problems, but you know when we had our 17-25,000 in 1991, your type of fan then was in a different league to what we have now sadly. You can understand if it's a goal from a Premiership game two days ago, but like I say more and more people are coming round to the idea the website is a stain on the city and the football club. Aye and the footytube site is still going strong several years later - all that is a concoction of web-hosted video clips, youtube amongst them. Seriously, banning anyone for posting a youtube clip is as hitleresque as you can get. At the very most the link should be removed but even that is OTT.
