Pleat has essentially come out and said 'he's too young, he might fail, many others have failed' which is just gob-smacking to cast doubt on the lad's ability. Owen then claims that he should think carefully, life is so slow in Spain that he had to live in a hotel for 6 months, as if Spain is currently suffering a housing shortage or something.
