Tory rebels in favour of a second referendum were very, very unlikely to stick their head above the parapet today for an amendment they were always going to lose. If Labour get behind it and in the absence of other viable options then it’s a realistic prospect. Of course morons like you will look at the numbers and declare it dead. Expand The withdrawal agreement is about citizens rights, money and protecting the single market border. As no deal can be agreed until after we leave, these requirements are non negotiable, as the EU have said repeatedly. Even if we wanted Norway etc we still need to leave with this agreement first.
