From what I can see on the polling data, it's the Tories who should be panicking about Farage, not Labour. I appreciate that if Farage manages to unite all the orcs under one banner then he will be fairly formidable, but he is never going to completely manage to take all Tories with him, which means he will always be hamstrung to an extent. Labour on the other hand are losing voters to their left, presumably expecting that they'll all come flooding back to prevent Farage taking over. Which may be true to a degree, but not entirely. Or am I wrong, and Labour actually are losing more voters to Farage than they are to this shift to the right? I don’t know where the Labour voters are going and it’s a long way away anyway. My Mrs reckons she’ll have a look at Lib Dems after saying she’ll “never vote for Labour again” Lib Dems is where my head was at during the general election. I voted labour strategically and in the hope that they were playing their cards close to their chest. I don't think I am quite in the never again camp, like your missus is, but I don't think I'll vote for labour so long as Starmer is leading them. spongebob toonpants 4595
No surprise but Labour has lost me completely. I can't see my loathing for Starmer abating any time soon
Rayvin 6670
Here's the thing though, if it's Starmer or Farage when the time comes, will your collective nerves hold?
Monkeys Fist 46957
If it was straight choice between Farage and a piece of undigested sweetcorn in a lump of shite, the sweetcorn is winning.
Gemmill 53717
would almost be worth Farage winning to see him immediately pull out an even worse budget than Truss and have to resign within 3 months for tanking the economy.
Rayvin 6670
I mean that looks left wing as fuck tbh. If he's going to blow up the country with uncosted left wing ideas, I'm here for it.
Renton 24799
Funnily enough, I'm not all that sanguine about giving an extreme right winger the ability to sack me on day one, destroy the economy, and ruin my kids prospects, just for the shits and giggles of it. Very dangerous path we are on and yes, I am ashamed to admit Labour are fucking it up big time. We shouldn't be here.

Fair enough, I suppose I'm speaking from a position of not having a lot to lose at this point Honestly though the purpose of the comment was more to make clear to anyone who might be tempted to vote for him, that this particular policy is 'far left'.
