City need a RB and he's up there with the best young talents at the moment.

 

Tbh I rather he went there than anyone else in the league. Id rather he went abroad like, but it looks like it's going to be City.

I don't think us getting back into the CL will make any difference to his decision btw, if Man City make a bid he'll be away. 

 

I don't think he himself has one eye on the exit door. Isn't he managed by his Dad? He'll be the one advising him to wait until the summer which, to be fair, would be what I'd be advising my son if we were in the same situation. Well... actually no I wouldn't because I'm a toon fan, BUT if I wasn't, then I would.

I don't think he's engineering a move the way Isak clearly did, but if the opportunity to join Man City and establish himself as their first choice RB, he's unlikely to turn it down. 

If there is genuine interests, conversations will be ongoing and it'll be on us to state that Man City attempt to get business done early, or not at all.

I don't even know what your point is here. He has one eye on the exit door, or the team that governs his decision making has one eye on the exit door. The outcome will be the same.

Man City don't tend to spend the sort of money that is required to get Tino and particularly not with other English clubs, Grealish being the obvious exception. I think it would need Tino trying to run his contract down to force us to sell.

Peps an absolute perv for fullbacks though, and no one has one like Tino anywhere else in england, I could see it happening.

They paid £50m for Walker eight years ago so I think you'd be looking around the £80m mark which I know would make him the most expensive FB ever but given his age, the fact that he's English and we don't need to sell then I think that would be the going rate.
