Is it pathetic that I was looking forward to a discussion about The Federation Against Copyright Theft?

;)

They talk shite tbh.

If the thread dies a death I will start talking about it.....

I thought you worked for them tbh.

The Irish branch never answer their phone, so that's useful, and their name's not half as cool as the Software Piracy Agency.

EDIT: On here I'm fond of saying FACTICIOUS, it's not catching on. The occasional FACT! slips into real conversation.

I remember their comedically threatening adverts in Amstrad Action magazine.

Just me then...?

I say "to be honest" too much  ;)

109390

But do you say "tee-bee-aych"? That's the mark of a board supafan FACTARAMA.

109419

I actually do. :icon_lol:

I've come close a few times. :icon_lol: Plus I've used the written form of 'tbh' and 'btw' on a number of occasions now with non-board members and felt like a right dick.

As for 'Jesus Wept'....I claim copyright of that mutha! Though sammynb deserves credit for raising it's profile when he went on a complete spack-fit after SLP used it towards him. ;) Part of the landscape since then tbh.

So when people read 'tbh' on a message board, how do they read it?

"tee-bee-aych" or "to be honest"; I read the latter.

Me too. Reading it in letter form could lead to vocalising it that way too, which would be shameful.

It means "to be honest"?

Reading the shite it normally follows on here I guessed it stood for "Total Bollocks honestly"! ;)
